The property was absolute beautiful and well maintained. The restaurant's food was delicious and reasonably priced.
However, the main reason I am writing this review is because of the incredible staff. I travel often to different locations, and I have never had a more accommodating and helpful staff. They can't do enough for you. They were above and beyond professional in every way and make you feel so welcomed.

Stayed 6 nights at the Renaissance in Santo Domingo and found the accommodations to be excellent. The service was top notch — special shout out to Orlando at the front desk and Ernesto in the M Club. Both took great care of us. The lobby and grounds were beautiful. There were plenty of lounge chairs and beds on the pool deck — no heading down early to snag a spot. We especially enjoyed a wonderful daily breakfast buffet and access to the M Club for drinks, snacks and lite dinners that were complimentary with my Bonvoy titanium elite status.

I booked this hotel last minute and I am so glad that I did. First impression, the front desk was welcoming and nice. Our room was spacious, with a partial ocean view, and a comfy king sized bed. My bf and I joked that the bed must have melatonin in it because we would fall asleep quickly. We loved the pool and the deck area although we didn’t get to use it much. We were gone most of the time on excursions. Which is part of the reason we chose this hotel. It was relatively close to the airport, zona colonial, and restaurants. There is also a ******, bar, restaurant, and cafe on the premises as well. I felt comfortable and relaxed during my stay here. I’ll be back again!

El hotel cuenta con habitaciones súper espaciosas y una muy buena ubicación. El servicio del restaurante súper lento. Es preferible usar el bufet de lo contrario el tiempo de espera es mucho
