Excelente servicio por todo el staff, camareros , recepción, son amigables y dispuestos, Milagros de eventos es un sol. La comida variada y muy buen sabor. Lo único a mejorar es el servicio de internet para los eventos en los salones por momentos fallaba.

Spent my birthday here. Carlos was amazing. I was surprised with a birthday cake the staff did awesome job. The food, atmosphere & safety is always top tier. From the time I was greeted to the day I departed the staff make you feel at home. I must add again Carlos was the best

This hotel is great. We have stayed in other hotels in the area and this is the best one for sure. The people are unbelievable who work at this hotel. Every single person is supper formerly and helpful no matter what the need or question. My wife and I felt super safe being that you needed a room key to get Toni any part of the hotel. The food downstairs at the bar and pool was awesome. The rooms and common areas are spotless and very well taken care of. The lounge in the tenth floor had the greatest staff who took care of every need We already booked our stay for November .
