This hotel still maintains its friendly service, very good value for the class of hotel with a great executive lounge and rooms. Breakfast buffet has great variety and caters for all dietary needs. Will always stay here when I visit Santo Domingo.

My husband had a business trip and I tagged along for a mini vacation and the experience was incredible. The food was delicious. The facilities were great. I really enjoyed the sauna. But the best thing of all was the incredible staff. Very friendly, professional and serviceable. Shout out to Maximiliano, Carmen, Mildred, Manual, Devis, Franklin and Noe who took excellent care of us while we watched the Champions League games at the lobby bar.
