Cette maison coloniale du XVIe siècle a été restaurée de façon admirable. Tout est beau et chaque détail a été pensé. Les chambres sont spacieuses et les salles de bain font rêver. Le petit déjeuner est exquis. Toutefois, demandez une chambre sur patio et non sur rue, car la nuit est extrêmement bruyante. Question intimité, il faudra repasser car il n’y a aucune insonorisation. Et un grand point d’amélioration : le service, tellement lent. malgré leur gentillesse et leur volonté de bien faire. J’ajoute que la situation est parfaite dans la zone coloniale et que tout se fait à pied. Ils ont un parking surveillé et peuvent vous prendre la voiture lorsque vous arrivez.

joli boutique hôtel bien placé dans le centre Colonial de st domingue Très bon matelas La déco des chambres est un peu moins belle que les parties communes Bon service mais les prix des extra ( boissons, petit déjeuners,nourriture) est exorbitante 18 euro une vodka tonic dans un verre ( sans la bouteille de tonic a côté ) La réception niveau service est décevante On a l’impression qu’ils vous prennent pour des pigeons Pour une réservation de taxi ils ne vous annoncent pas le prix ,le mettent direct sur la note de la chambre .. 50 pour cent plus cher que le prix normal ! Même les chambres sont trop chères pour ce que c’est Ça reste un joli boutique hôtel comme il y en a plein d’autres et là clairement c’est surfait ! Les prix d’un hôtel de luxe sans le luxe

It’s a beautifull historic house with an amazing decoration but my room was directly on a busy road with noisy cars, I could even hear people talking on the sidewalk until 3AM and the staff at 7:30AM talking and cleaning the courtyard.
At Checkin I asked them if this room is quiet, They said YES Sir ! At checkout I told them and they apologised,end of story.

Fuí por una noche del 31 de diciembre 2023 al 1ro. de enero 2024, y realmente fué una maravillosa y espléndida experiencia. Las atenciones del personal son las mejores. Y la comida es de una calidad insuperable . Esta Casa del Árbol, sus detalles, la habitación, me hicieron pasar un fin de año envuelta en una magia con sabor europeo, en mi Ciudad de Santo Domingo.

The hotel is very historic but the rooms are modern and comfortable. Service is better than 5 stars. The excellent service is the main reason I would return.
