The hotel is beautiful and this is our 6th visit but the reception staff are appalling. They have zero customer service tranining and are rude and nearly everyone we spoke to at the pool informed us they had the same issue. The problem is management have been aware of this for a long time but still ignore their customers and with my latest complaint I was informed that the Hotel Manager was angry with me for making the complaint which is sad. They also couldn't find our booking which cost a few hours of messing around with the management staff who are quite incompetent.

Me decepciono mucho ver bajo las camas y encontrar basura y mucho polvo, se tardan mucho para resolver inconvenientes o para apoyar al cliente desde su habitacion. Una colega encontro hormigas en su habitacion y no tenian repelente de hormigas asi que su problema no fue resuelto. Esto es incocebible para un hotel "5 estrellas"

Una experiencia inolvidable. El servicio, la piscina y no dieron una mimosa q no pudimos tirar suficiente fotos. Gracias por todo Aneuris y Kadelin. Sin ustedes ni creo que hubieras a sido igual. Espero que los cuentos mío de nosotros quedarnos aquí traiga más personas que puedan tener la misma experiencia.

No me vas a creer pero la combinación de el servicio, la bebida con un ambiente agradable. Tanto que puedo decir pero el crédito se lo tengo que dar a Aneuris y Kadelin. Un recuerdo que hasta el nombre le tenía que preguntar. Gracias siempre y si llegan preguntan por ellos y pide el mimosa “especial”.
