Objectively speaking, I don’t recommend it. The hotel downstairs is quite noisy. There is indeed no hot water for bathing and the facilities are relatively old. However, the swimming pool is very beautiful and the burgers cooked by the restaurant in the swimming pool are also very delicious. It is not recommended if you bring children. Got it

This was my second time staying in the same hotel . I decided to stay there because it was familiar and close to the offices where I needed to attend to some personal business . Once again I am very disappointed . This hotel has horrible management on site , plus the building needs to be remodelled and refurbished. Hotel has no hot water , ever !! Breakfast is very poor and unsanitary , you are left with out towels daily , you have no hand towel to dry your hands . Pool is a restaurant /bar / nightclub .. it's rented out so if you want to go to the pool they check your bag and take you water out so you can go in and pay 5$ per bottle . Disco bar is from 10 pm go 6 AM the best of the music is felt on your mattress.. no peace and no quiet . Hotel also has a ****** on site , is frequented by ladies of the night!!! Not family friendly or single lady traveller Hotel Manager was literally shouting at me , as I did not want to move to another room .. too much work and still no hot water . I did move water was hot not regulated by thermostat .. room ceiling was mouldy due to water leak .. it smelled like dust mites rotting mouldy furniture . I did move only to get sick with mould allergies and swollen glands sore throat . The trip was saved by an amazing Cleanning lady when I told her I was feeling sick due to bad smell . She took the key down and got me another room that was more suitable .
This Hotel is not worth even 1 star !!

Highly not recommended. There are no windows in the room. There are mirrors everywhere. There is not enough hot water. The ** downstairs is very noisy. Especially the disco that is open from night to 6 am. It is not recommended under any circumstances. It is very sad. experience!

I am also obsessed with the service. Every time I clean, I either forget to put towels, books, or soap. There is no phone in the room, the front desk does not speak English, and the surrounding area is very noisy. There is bass downstairs. The sound of the cannon resounded all night long, and there was no hot water in the morning and evening. This was because it used solar energy, not a water heater, and the air conditioning adjustment was mechanical and very imprecise. The good thing is that the space is large. It is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and it is so expensive.

This was a terrible experience,
No hot water
No phone in the room
No privacy, curtain blinds were bent and damaged allowing anyone passing the windown to see in.
Staff treatment was terrible. They never said good morning, not once. Zero hospitality.
Room had an odor.
Requested an iron 3 times over 2 days. Never received this until the 4th time. Had to physically go down each time and request an iron. Still it was never delivered to the room. Had to retuen a 4th time, stand and wait 15 minutes for the staff to actually bring the iron.
Terrible experience, furniture in lobby was torn, over all property conditions would disgust anyone.

The air conditioning was too cold and could not be turned down. It looked like a refrigerator, we couldn't sleep well because it was very cold. Besides, the hot water for bathing was not useful.

This hotel is the worst. I have a leek on the bathroom ceiling, no much water, never mind about hot one, the air conditioning wasn’t working properly, call the front desk, many times, and not one came up to check it. Too much for room service, I pay cash when they deliver the food, and then , they charged my credit card . Again tax and tips that I already have paid. Too much noise you can rest, relax or sleep. The worst experience, and it cost me a lot of money. Check your bill for hidden fees.
