I made a reservation through T-Mobile travel for a price I knew was for a room and nothing else. Yesterday, when I arrived, they notified me thatn the individual rooms were filled and they assigned me a double room and today they could move me to an individual today. The first room was ok, even with the roaches I found in the bathroom, but when I returned tonight I found a room.in a terrible condition, dirt floor and the shower handler is gone. I just made the complaint and the answer was the hotel is full and if I want to retire, it's not their problem, since I made.the payment thru T-mobile and ******* website.

No os dejéis nada en la habitación , sobretodo dinero porque una vez os deis la vuelta para recuperarlo os dirán que ahí no había nada , aunque sepáis que si que lo habia ,la limpiadora va a limpiar la habitación tal como salgáis para retirar todo lo que os dejéis y decir que ahí no había nada , todos se cubren incluido la policía , cuando eres turista en este tipo de países nadie da la cara por ti , además el hotel está en un punto ***** nocturno de la ciudad , veréis cosas que una personal normal no asume con normalidad , el hotel es horrible , viejo , con agua fría y las habitaciones extremadamente pequeñas

Las fotos de las web de reservas no tienen nada que ver con la realidad, es como si se tratase de otro lugar. Habitación con humedades y un olor horrible. Paredes desconchadas. Lamentable estado de conservación. La única ventaja es que se puede cancelar, así que al verlo hui de semejante lugar.
