The first day I slept in and the bed was rock hard! I started inspecting the mattress and discovered that it was upsidedown! The pillow top was on the bottom. I broke 2 nails turning it around but man, so worth it.

Horrible ! The hotel has a night club that keeps guests awake. The noise is enormous on Friday and Saturday evenings. In addition, no gym or swimming pool.
The front entrance is not very impressive. Our room was actually better than expected. The room was big and spacious, with a microwave, fridge and a stove. Now that was surprising. It was like a mini apartment. The kitchenette area was awesome, better than what I have seen in the United States. The Bathroom had two, two sinks. Amazing. The shower pressure was awesome, with abundant hot water. In summary, the hotel room was way better than I expected based on my first impression of the entrance. Check in and check out was a breeze even though the front desk people did not speak English.

Housekeeping needs to be improved. Linens / towels are replaced when the laundry is done using the same towels while guests waits without towels. Staff was attentive but could improve some.

The room needs some remodeling and the rooftop disco makes the hotel too crowded at night.

I couldnt Sleep because there is a discotec in the 9th floor, the music was so loud until 6:00 AM in the morning. It was terrible. I want a refund.

The condition are very very poor and probably the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever been. I do not recommend anyone to stay here, too many better option in the area for the same or similar price.

I didn't like the smell of the restaurant area where they served breakfast and the fact that a cat was in the kitchen was a turn-off for me. The room had a funny smell and the glass was really dirty.

The lady at the kitchen (breakfast) must be replaced. (The dark skinned; she’ll be easy to recognize by her bad attitude). She’s always in a bad mood. Every single day and every single minute she bitter. If she’s the first hotel representative that your guests will face in the mornings, then she’ll destroy hotel’s reputation. Front desk staff and parking lot staff are great, very kind and attentive.
La señora de la cocina (desayuno) debe ser reemplazada. (La morena alta, es fácil reconocerla por su mala actitud) Ella siempre está de mal humor. Cada día y cada minuto trae una cara y actitud amargada. Si ella es la primera representante del hotel con la que se encontrarán sus huéspedes por las mañanas, destruirá la reputación del hotel. El personal de recepción y el personal del aparcamiento son geniales, muy amables y atentos.
