El personal que atiende fue terrible. Hice una reservación con ******* y no me dieron la habitación que había elegido porque ellos "no confían" en las reservaciones por este medio y me dieron una habitación que nunca pedí Al dia siguiente cuando bajé a recepción para desayunar la persona en recepción una señora no se si era la dueña pero el trato fue peor, mala cara mal genio, no respondía lo que le preguntabas. Cuando hicimos el check out le dí las llaves y me quedé esparando a que me diga algo , alguna insutrcción y ni siquiera me miraba, le dije que ya me iba y solo hizo con los hombros (que me importa). Es la primera vez en mis viajes que me suecede algo así. NO RECOMIENDO ESTE HOTEL SU PERSONAL ES DE LO PEOR.

Una vergüenza la falta de higiene y simpatía de este hotel Hace unos años lo había visitado y está en total decadencia . No lo recomiendo para nada .NUNCA MAS VUELVO. Es un hotel céntrico y las zonas comunes están bien y el precio también pero bueno

rooms were very old and moldy. The hotel needs to be completely renovated. The bathrooms are old and yucky. Room moldy and has very very very old furniture. Restaurant meager. same small breakfast every dayyyyyy

Realmente es muy lamentable la higiene el lugar 😣 pagamos por 2 noches y nos fuimos a las pocas horas de ingresar. El hotel necesita enfoc**** más en la limpieza, las cortinas del baño tienen mojo, la alfombra roja de las escaleras está súper sucia, el hotel huele a humedad, las paredes parece que nunca las lavan, el baño tenía cabellos. Si quieren brindar confianza al Huésped la limpieza es primordial ya que eso me hace pensar que no cambian las sábanas, aunque si lo hagan.
