The serving staff was terrible. I made a reservation with ******* and they did not give me the room I had chosen because they "do not trust" reservations through this means and they gave me a room that I never asked for. The next day when I went down to the reception to have breakfast the person at reception a lady I don't know if she was the owner but the trea**ent was worse, bad face bad temper, she didn't answer what you asked her. When we checked out I gave him the keys and I was waiting for him to tell me something, some instructions and he didn't even look at me, I told him I was leaving and he just shrugged (what do I care). This is the first time in my travels that something like this has happened to me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL ITS STAFF IS THE WORST.
