The hotel is now called casa colonial, it is extremely well located! Nearby the conde street and beautiful alleys, there is a big church across the street and a cozy cafe. The hosts were very nice, they make your breakfast and customize it according to your preferences, they serve nice coffee with it or juice as well. The hotel inside is an old colonial house, it has rooftop areas, green areas and a pool, each part of it looks very romantic. The rooms are nice, some are small and others are bigger but you feel you’re in another time zone. Will definitely go back!

Todo super!!! La atención es excelente... Joselo es un chico de recepción, aparte de guapo muy servicial... Muy recomendable qued**** ahí... Esta cerca de muchos atractivos turísticos de la zona colonial.

Wij vonden het een toplocatie, midden in t oude centrum, parkeren voor de deur mogelijk. Een klein zwembadje om af te koelen van de stad en allemaal aardig personeel. Schattige accommodatie.

The hotel was in walking distance to most of the sights of Santo Domingo. But even the accomodation itself is a treasure. The property is very charming and we felt welcome immediatly. On top of all that, the Service was extraordinary. There was nothing the staff could not organize. I would defintly book here again when I am back.

None of the common areas, including dining and boutique areas were air conditioned, bath not air conditioned. tried to get wash cloths, hand towels and they never appeared. I got a towel run for a hand towel. Never could get anything more than slightly warm water for bathing and showering. The large tub was actually located in an outside environment which you had to go through to get to the bathroom. The large tub was coated with foreign material and had to be washed before use -- which we never did because of not hot water.
