The villa looks fantastic. It has a wonderful sea view and private pool. And there’s also jacuzzi on the rooftop. The host and staffs here are all very helpful and polite. Next time when I come to Santorini, I would definitely want to stay at this villa again.

Cape 9 is definitely a little piece of heaven. I love the view from the villas, overlooking the whole Caldera. The owner & staff are all awesome, food is amazing, especially the breakfast. It is worth every penny, close to all amenities, just a perfect location. Every villas has its own splash pool as well as two big community swimming pools. We have visited Cape 9 a few times and will not hesitate to go back to such luxury, heart warming meals and friendly staff and management. They go the extra mile which also makes one want to go back!

This place is amazing! The staff was wonderful, from check-in to check-out, and made our stay very personalized and comfortable. The Villa we had was fabulous with a great view, and it was so quiet and relaxing. The food was delicious! They even arranged our transfers to and from the port in Santorini, which made it so stress free for us! We plan to come back and will definitely stay here again! We can’t say enough good things about it! Love, love, love it! ❤️

Amazing stay at Cape 9!!! The Villa was beautiful and clean and the staff were so helpful with everything from car rental, to where to go for food, and also booking activities. They made us feel comfortable and gave us the best honeymoon experience!! Highly recommend. 10/10.

Simply a place to recommend and go, for families or couples. A villa is what you need to book. Pros: - great caring service. Don’t hesitate to ask for restaurant recommendations, they are able to get you the best tables with a view - great villas with local Greek flair - clean and well maintained - very good breakfast and food in general Cons: None Tips: for safe and relax transportation around the island, a special shout-out to Panos from Santo Views. He works with the hotel and was very reliable for both drops and pick ups around the hotel at anytime of the day. Oia is a 40 mins drive on beat up and dark roads, Fira 25 mns, frankly I don’t really recommend renting those dangerous quads and would rather rely on local drivers if you can. The bus service is a mess and crowded, simply avoid.

We had an amazing stay at this property, staff were nice and the food was excellent. They organized a hire car to be dropped at the property. They also organized for a lovely boat trip for the second week even though we weren't staying there at the time of the trip.

The villas are very nice and the staff is outstanding. They were very helpful in everything we needed from airport/ferry transportation to renting a car. The breakfasts were plentiful and excellent. We had four people in one unit (number 2) that had three floors. The master bedroom is in the basement level and the bath/shower for that unit is on the main floor. The upstairs bedroom has a bathroom but it is very tight. Architectural the place is beautiful but sometimes that gets in the way of function. For example there are very few hooks or racks in the entire unit so finding any place to put a wet towel is difficult especially with four people. We visited in late sept and it had gotten cool (70F) and windy making the room pool uncomfortably cold. The weather also meant sitting inside in the evening but the internal setup of furniture doesn’t lend itself to comfort especially for four persons. The road noise during the day can be loud so you might opt for the units on the far side of the road toward the cliff where the back decks are away from the road. Overall, it is a beautiful place with great staff. I would recommend it.
