Just spent 5 days at this wonderful property! It is truly a charming small hotel on Santorini. From the moment you enter the property you feel at home. The entire staff is always there for whatever you need starting with Zili who manages the front desk. She is very knowledgeable regading Fira and is there to help all along the way. The breakfasts are superb! If you are looking to relax and have a quiet environment this is your place.

Incredible! This was the best hotel we stayed in Greece and would recommend to everyone. You are a little bit out of the way, but the staff will bend over backwards to accommodate you (even call for a cab or order take out for you). The pool and views are outstanding, the rooms are so comfortable, and breakfast in the morning was fantastic. I would stay no where else if I ever make it back to Santorini!

My partner and I stayed here for our engagement celebration I emailed ahead of our stay to let them know as I had seen some of the cute romantic photos they had done for other customers. We didn’t get this same trea**ent and our room was very small (not the one shown in photos) we were a little disappointed but that aside we had a good time here and literally had the pool to ourselves the whole week. Zili at reception was exceptionally lovely we loved our chats with her everyday, nothing was ever too much hassle. If you want quiet accommodation a little outside the busy areas this is the one. Request a good size room on booking as the others we had met at this hotel paid less than us and we had the smallest room. There are scheduled times to go into Fira if these don’t suit it’s €15 for a 5 minute taxi so probably best to arrange your day to suit these times. I would recommend this hotel as their service was amazing thanks to Zili.

Stayed at this wonderful hidden gem for 3 nights in September! We stayed in the family suite with a jacuzzi and it was lovely! The place was spacious, beds were comfortable, and it was spotless! Great location that is about a mile or so outside Fira. The hotel has shuttles to and from the city of Fira! Zili the receptionist was fantastic, helpful, kind and answered any questions that we had! Breakfast was fantastic! Would book here a again!

Aliter Suites is located in a very quiet place, which is appreciated after visiting Santorini (Fira and Oia are very crowded and that can be tiring). It only has a few rooms so you can really disconnect from the mass tourism and easily have the swimming pool for yourself. Our bedroom was very large and the bathroom was also very nice. The breakfast was also very good. However, we would recommend to rent a car because we thought the shuttle tabletime was not very convenient (going to Fira by walk is doable though). The staff was very friendly and helpful, we would like to address a special thanks to Zili for her outstanding customer service, she is very attentive, empathic and also very friendly. She makes sure that you are having a good time in Santorini every time you see her. Her service was beyond what we could have expected.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast. Great location near Fira. A quad is still recommended. The owner is very helpful with all questions. The whirlpool on our balcony was just great.

We had an amazing week long stay here. Its €15 in a taxi into Fira or about a 25 minute walk, you wouldn't do the walk at night. They also run a shuttle into Fira 3 times a day. It is a little bit out but so peaceful & quiet towards the other main hotels and you're overlooking the sea with gorgeous views. Really spacious room & bathroom. Your breakfast is cooked to order each morning. The pool area was gorgeous & cleaned each morning. We got fresh towels & water daily with your room cleaned. All of the staff are so friendly & welcoming and can't do enough for you. We also got a massage in the hotel which was amazing. We got engaged while we were there & the guys arranged something for our room, it was so kind. Thank you so much for an amazing week guys :)
