I loved this property it was a dream..beautiful perfect location the only thing I didn’t like was that we had to wait almos 2 hours to get the room because they wouldn’t answer the phone so we had to call ******* to see what was going on and they took a while to get a hold of someone,they don’t have a front desk so that’s a bit tricky

This hotel was the worst in my life. The view was nice at least. But the room door is so fragile and shaking all night, we couldn’t sleep at all. We don’t recommend if you find a real hotel that you can sleep.

Best views in Oia, Santorini! They have multiple properties so you have to read and pick carefully. They have three rooms/suites in the Oia view category that have the best views. A fourth in the same area is luxurious but diff views. Then they have Castle view etc. Service was great. They were available via Whatsapp. Plunge pools do not really work in winter since they remain cold but it was nice having one. We were lucky to get good weather and no crowds since it was the end of the season. Highly recommend.

The staffs were so kind and they responded quickly! The room, the unique view with the two blue towers, scenery, bathtub, pool , etc.. Everything was perfect! Altough we stayed for 3 nights, we wanted to stay more! Definitely recommended!

Amazing property with amazing views! Ideal location! Communication is spotty, this stay is for travelers who are comfortable in self sustaining. Worth the sacrifice of service for entire cave suite and views!

This is the most beautiful location one could ask for. We had a private plunge pool overlooking the beautiful water and islands. The price is a bit high from what I would normally pay however due to the location and pool I thought it would be worth it. Unfortunately it started a couple days in when you will get a lot of travelers that hang over the edge taking photos and you do feel as if your being watched at all times but I understood because the view is so breathtaking. The worst part was we had an appointment for our luggage to be picked up and we would pay them at the time of checkout. First thing they never came so we were frantically trying to contact them through what’s app as they don’t have any reception area. We finally about 30-60 min late getting picked up I used my credit card as my girlfriend and I were taking turns paying for things and she paid for the arrival. When I gave them my card their machine kept losing internet connection and couldn’t get confirmation of my charge. We were going to be late for our departure flight so we asked if we paid cash will my card be charged and they assured it would not and if it was they would refund or cancel the transaction. Well low and behold neither of them happened and they again confirmed that we wouldn’t be charged twice and even confirmed they knew we paid by cash and card and we would get a refund and that still hasn’t happened so I would be very cautious with this place as they clearly have thieves amongst them and unfortunately they are ok with stealing from their customers that are paying too dollar already. So disappointed with the property and will definitely book elsewhere as there are many of properties to choose from with similar or better views in Santorini for sure. We then gave the guys cash and they assured me that my card would t be charged
