The hotel faces Oia, and the four swimming pools are very clean and colorful! The breakfast is great value, providing different choices according to personal preferences, rich and nutritious. The landlord is a local doctor and he is very nice!

We had the gold suite for our stay and absolutely loved it. It came with two bedrooms and two bathrooms for my friend and I which was very convenient. The breakfast was served to us upon our request of time with a great variety of choice of food!! It was really amazing… the view, the rooms, the facilities and the food, everything was fantastic!! And the staff Nana was sooo friendly and helpful on giving us suggestions on restaurants and places to go!! We stayed 3 nights here and didn’t want to leave!!! Strongly recommended!!

We had a great time (10 people / 5 couples). Beautiful property, perfect for a large group that wants to spend time together in the many different hangout areas, pool, sauna, and 3 jacuzzis.

Nous avons passé une semaine délicieuse dans cette magnifique villa. Chaque matin après un délicieux et très copieux petit déjeuner préparé avec soin par Marita et Ia, nous partions visiter l’île en suivant les conseils et adresses de Marita et nous étions très heureux en fin de journée de revenir à la villa pour un jacuzzi à la belle étoile. La vue sur la Caldera est magnifique et très apaisante. Nos hôtes ont été parfaits, d’une gentillesse et d’une discrétion extraordinaires.

The room and the whole stay was amazing! Viria was so attentive and always on hand to help with anything we needed. The breakfast (included) was delicious with incredible views of the caldera. There was so much space inside and out with the hot tub (outside) and sauna (inside the room) the icing on the cake.

I don't know where to start, this was one of the best villa's I have ever stayed for a vacation! Everything was perfect. Service was excellent and staff was really friendly. They helped us with everything, with our activities, day to day problems, food etc. Every morning we would get a fresh home cooked breakfast with lots of variety. The view is amazing from the swimming pool, it is litterally on top of Akrotiri! Would recommend it to everyone! The price you pay is nothing co'pzref to the high class service you get!

A super well located villa far from the hustle and bustle of the city (we had rented a car) with a magnificent view of the coast, it is perfectly equipped, very clean, simply but tastefully decorated, with the added bonus of a swimming pool and jacuzzi. A super welcoming, kind, friendly host Akil and above all good advice for things to see and good restaurants, the lady on duty sorry I don't have her first name (also super friendly) serves you a hearty breakfast every morning on your private terrace. We had a great stay with two lovely cats.
