It is far from the city centre. It is really tired when we carry the suitcase and go to the suite from the bus stop. But the host is really nice.

It's a little far from the center of Fira, but if you want a quiet place to stay I think it's better to stay on this side.
You can get there quickly from the center by bus, or you can walk there too.
The view was great and it was a nice accommodation.

The cave room is fabulous! There is hot tub outside. We as a couple stayed at the hotel for three nights in late April. Although the weather is cold, we can enjoy some sunny day. The receptionist is helpful and introduce some places for us to visit. There is a high street nearby and a lot of restaurants. You can also view sunset in the high street. You can go to the hotel by taxi from the airport easily.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was so beautiful and comfortable. We would highly recommend it to anyone staying close to Fira.

The reception was very welcoming, the bathroom was nice with two shower heads, and they helped to turn on the air conditioner in advance when checking in. The scenery outside was also very nice, and I was very satisfied. The only regret is that it is a little far from the city center

I celebrated my birthday in Santorini and we chose this hotel, the experience was perfect. Sabina (the host) is very friendly, the room is as seen in the photos, although there is no restaurant in the hotel, there are several restaurant options very close by that serve you by WhatsApp and do not charge the delivery fee or you can walk to the main square of Fira where you will find all kinds of restaurants.
The kitchen is very well equipped so shopping at the mini market and preparing food or drinks in your room is also an option.
