My daughter and I stayed at William’s Houses in early Sept. Zaphira at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was wonderful, with a private balcony overlooking the caldera. Being in Akrotiri was away from the action and bustle of Fira or Oia, but we enjoyed the quiet (and the view). When we needed to get to Fira, Zaphira arranged private transport for us, or you could ride the bus. Akrotiri village, with a convenience store and variety of restaurants, was only about a 10 min walk. Breakfast is included, and we enjoyed eating on the terrace of the hotel, taking in the view. Great place! I highly recommend!

This place is beautiful and clean. It is very efficiently run by very friendly staff. We had a fabulous outside area which we really enjoyed. The views are breathtaking from the property.
The breakfast was varied and delicious.
We attended the local traditional dancing event which we really enjoyed and did the recommended boat trip from Red Beach to White and Black beaches- very good.
Buses are regular from the village square. It is an 11 minute uphill ( mostly) from the square but it kept us fit. The village has a great shop, some lovely tavernas and a quiet charm.
Buses to the main town of Fira took around 20 minutes.

Ich war für eine Woche in diesem Hotel und habe es sehr genossen. Die Dame des Hauses ist überaus freundlich. Dadurch ,dass sie sich bestens auf der Insel auskennt, hat sie mir gute und hilfreiche Tipps gegeben. Daran merkt man, dass sie gerne ein Hotel führt und alles dafür tut, damit sich ihre Gäste wohlfühlen. Vielen Dank.

Being a well traveled person across the globe - I don't say it lightly when I say this is one of the most amazing hotels I have ever stayed in...I'm normally "cynical" about images hotels use to tempt you to book - but in this instance - the photo's don't do the views any justice - the room we had (room 6) had the most amazing views (both sea & landscapes)
Staff are absolutely amazing - nothing is too much trouble for Zafira and her team
10/10 from me - I've stayed in some amazing places in the World - but this is one hotel I will definitely be returning to in the future

Zafira takes care of her hosts, the location is perfect, tremendous view on the caldeira, breakfast with greek home made touch, very confortable room. Best part of the island of Santorin. Ephkaristo Poli Serge & Rachel

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt. Im Zimmer fehlte uns an nichts - ganz besonders schön war die Aussicht und die Zimmer mit Jacuzzi am Balkon. Wir haben in zwei verschiedenen Apartments geschlafen und waren mit beiden super zufrieden! Der Gastgeber ist mehr als zuvorkommend und immer gut gelaunt. Das aufs Zimmer gebrachte Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr lecker. Man konnte vorab eine Auswahl treffen und sich die Uhrzeit aussuchen. Direkt vor der Türe gibt es außerdem kostenlose Parkplätze. Für uns war die Lage perfekt! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und es gerne weiterempfehlen! :-)

William's houses was everything we had hoped for. Nick and his family were so friendly and accommodating. We felt like part of the family. Nick's mother (Mama Nicolas) was a great help to us and so sweet. The room/suite, was large, clean and comfortable. The air conditioner in the bedroom stopped working, but they had a brand new one installed the very next day. They arranged rides and a rental car. They printed out our Covid test results for us. We will stay here again if we ever get back to Santorini.

Ξεκινάω απ την γωνία της Σαντορίνης που δεν είχα ξαναπάει. Πολύ όμορφη. Και φτάνω στο Williams house. Στην τύχη το διαλέξαμε.Ομως ειμασταν τυχεροί. Σε πολύ όμορφο σημείο στο ακρωτήρι. Πιάτο η θάλασσα και απέναντι η άλλη πλευρά του νησιού. Πεντακάθαρα. Με όλα τα προστατευτικα μέτρα για κορωνοιο. Με την Ζαφείρια, την κόρη της και τον γιο της να σε κάνουν να νοιώθεις ότι τους ξέρεις καιρό. Ζεστές φιλικές καρδιές. Πολύ καλό πρωινό. Κρίμα που μείναμε μόνο μια μέρα. Είναι απ τα μέρη που σίγουρα θα ξαναπάμε.
