The hotel is in a very good location, very close to Fira bus station, and on the edge of the cliff. You can see the sea from the small yard. It is also very convenient to take the bus from Fira to other places. The hotel staff were very welcoming and helped us with our luggage. The hotel's breakfast is also very rich. You can choose it yourself and have it delivered to your room in the morning. Highly recommended, especially for families.

This was probably one of my favorite hotel stays ever. George, the owner, was incredibly kind and accommodating. The views are just incredible here. The pictures don’t even do them justice. Absolutely stunning private view of the ocean and the town of Fira. I genuinely was skeptical about the reviews. But they’re all correct. The location is perfect—a 5 minute walk to the bus station and minutes away from some of the best restaurants, bars, and shops. The room itself was perfect. Super clean and comfortable bed as well as a big bathroom. Breakfast was brought up to the room every day at whatever time you asked for. Would absolutely stay here again!!

The place has amazing views and wonderful rooms. Great central location, close to restaurants, tour pick-up spots, stores, and the public bus station. The whole staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great! Would definitely stay again.

The views incredible. Service impeccable. Breakfast was plentiful, fresh and tasty. Location was central to everything: shopping, restaurants & tour meeting points. Manager George & staff, notably Stelios were respectful, friendly and kind. They simply couldnt do enough to ensure that we had a unique experience. Should we visit Santorini again we wouldn’t stay anywhere else. We visited at a perfect time and avoided the summer crowds. Do yourself a favour and stay at Pantelia suites.

Il Pantelia Suites non é l’albergo più bello dove io sia stato ma è sicuramente l’albergo dove sono stato meglio e con la vista più bella che io abbia visto. Lo definirei un luogo magico. Il servizio é impeccabile ed il personale é gentilissimo e super competente. L’albergo dispone di numerose terrazze a più livelli e di una bella piscina della misura giusta dove ci si può rilassare sotto un ombrellone o ordinare qualche cosa per il pranzo a prezzi onesti. Ho soggiornato nella stanza numero 5, una superior, bella, pulita con un bel bagno spazioso ed un terrazzino che é la fine del mondo. Lo stesso terrazzino in cui volendo si può fare colazione che a proposito é straordinaria, servita direttamente sul proprio terrazzo scegliendo dal menu quello che si vuole e l’ora in cui sarà servita da un cameriere super simpatico e gentilissimo. La posizione dell’albergo é perfetta gode di una vista spettacolare sulla caldera ma allo stesso tempo é in una posizione tranquilla e poco caotica vicino ad altri hotel e ristoranti e a due minuti a piedi dal” centro” e dal capolinea degli autobus e taxi. Lo consiglio vivamente e non vedo l’ora di tornarci.

We celebrated our 25th anniversary and spent a night here and one in Oia. This worked out well, although we’d have liked to stay longer. Being in Fira is terrific for shopping and a lively atmosphere. Lots of food options. The staff were fantastic. Very proactive, contacted us before we arrived to ensure facilitation. I would recommend having them pick you up. The taxi driver charged us 35 Euros when the hotel was charging only 30, and he dropped us off at the wrong place with heavy bags. The room was very nice and well apportioned with welcome fruits and more. Breakfast was fantastic. To walk out of your room and have your own private table set with plentiful selections overlooking the water was the icing on top. Highly, highly recommend and we would absolutely stay again, next time with the rest of the family.
