This hotel had the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We arrived at 20:45 at the hotel reception to find a locked door and no staff anywhere. We then proceeded to call the number on the door 5 times with no reply. Online we found another number which a grumpy woman answered. She was extremely unhelpful, unpleasant and unprofessional and told us to wait 15 mins for someone to arrive. We waited an hour and a half when finally the owner appeared. He did not apologize once and the first thing he said to us was “pay now” whilst only speaking Greek to a woman next to him (most probably about us). We explained to him that we were annoyed with the waiting time and very unhappy with the communication given. Instead of being understanding, he started shouting that we should have emailed him out arrival time even though check in time is until 23:30! His attitude was horrific, talking over us every time we spoke and not listening to a word we said. We were both carrying 2 big bags and a suitcase with no offer to help whatsoever. We were absolutely shocked at the way we were treated. The room is nowhere near as nice as the photos and our bathroom mirror was completely smashed. Not worth the money in the slightest! I would recommend anywhere else but here!!!! STAY AWAY!! awful experience !!! Ruined our only night in Santorini!!!!!

Volo cancellato al mattino e riprogrammato per il giorno successivo. Cercato un albergo al volo per passare la notte. Prenotato su booking tutto ok. Paghiamo il taxi e .... arrivati li reception chiusa e solo un cartello scritto in greco. Nessuna risposta al telefono. Cancelliamo la prenotazione e cerchiamo un altra sistemazione per la notte. E dopo tutto ciò hanno il coraggio di chiedermi un rimborso parziale? Ma siete da denunciare

We travelled to Santorini and stayed at Grand Murano. They emailed us prior to arrival to ask what time we were due to arrive and offered us a paid transfer. They picked us up from the airport and we had a smooth check in, we were delayed and didn’t arrive until just before midnight. The rooms were basic but clean and had everything we needed for a 2 night stay. The two ladies on reception were helpful and offered advice on places to see etc. The location was perfect, about 10 mins walk to the centre of Fira. A great base! Our room also had a balcony, perfect to watch the sunrise. From here we travelled to different islands and we then returned to Santorini for our flight home. We had about 6 hours to kill in Santorini, the staff were willing to let us keep our cases at the hotel whilst we did some final exploring.

We were a group of eleven people, we booked 4 rooms. When we got there the check in was done immediately even though we arrived much earlier. The reception gave us a lot of information about the island! The rooms were very clean and the staff impeccable! We spent three wonderful nights at this hotel!

Πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο των Φηρών πέντε λεπτά με τα πόδια από την Καλντέρα! Πολύ καθαρά δωμάτια και σχετικά ήσυχο ξενοδοχείο. Ήμασταν με τον αρραβωνιαστικό μου 4 μερες στην Σαντορίνη η εξυπηρέτηση της ρεσεψιόν ήταν άψογη και το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό και πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει! Τέλειες διακοπές! Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα!!!!

Very good hotel and nice hospitality.I went with my girlfriend and we had a great time. The owner very kind. She made us feel very nice. Very nice location very close to the main square of fira.I recommend that place for sure and I will visit again that hotel soon

Pessimo servizio, non andateci mai. Ci sono venuti a prendere la sera in aeroporto (camera confermata) e poi arrivato in hotel ci hanno detto che la stanza sarebbe stata disponibile solo il giorno dopo... Pessimi. Anche il servizio transfer dall'aeroporto all'hotel è stato a dir poco squallido!!!!!! Il tipo che ci ě venuto a prendere era assonnato e forse ubriaco... Si ě fermato senza motivo al centro della strada per alcuni minuti non sapendo dove andare

Struttura datata , su strada molto trafficata . Le stanze davvero basic, letti posati come capita , lenzuola rigide e stropicciate, di brutto aspetto. Non fatevi ingannare dallla foto! L’albergo ha una vista mare ma Egeo, per la Caldera bisogna spostarsi ad almeno 100 metri. Credo uno dei peggiori hotel in cui ho soggiornato anche da studente al prezzo di un bell’albergo!!!Forte odore di fogna . Staff gentile.

ΤΟ ΧΕΙΡΟΤΕΡΟ ΞΕΝΟΔΟΧΕΙΟ ΠΟΥ ΕΧΩ ΕΠΙΣΚΕΦΤΕΙ .... αρχικά είχαμε κλείσει τρίκλινο, φτάνοντας στην ρεσεψιόν η ιδιοκτήτρια με τεράστια αγένεια και ειρωνία ισχυρίστηκε ότι είχαμε κλείσει δίκλινο ενώ της δείξαμε τα μηνύματα από την κράτηση που είχαμε κάνει με τον υπάλληλο του ξενοδοχείου που αποδείκνυαν ότι η κράτηση έγινε για τρίκλινο ... Δεν έχω γνωρίσει πιο αγενές και ανέντιμο προσωπικό αφού δεν δίστασε να μας πετάξει στην κυριολεξία στον δρόμο , απειλώντας μας ότι θα μας κάνει μάλιστα και καταγγελία .... Αναφορικά με το δωμάτιο ήταν επιεικώς απαράδεχτο χωρίς τα απαραίτητα ειδη υγιεινής （σαπούνι,πετσέτες）, ενώ τα στρώματα ήταν πολύ άβολα και σκληρά. Δεν θα το συνιστούσα σε καμία περίπτωση σε κανέναν !
