White Pearl Villas

White Pearl Villas was wonderful! As we arrived, we were proactively greeted by a member of the staff. He attended to our baggage and walked us down to the Aqua Villa Dream room. The room wasn’t on the highest part of Oia, but it was near a great terrace which had lawn chairs and which we used for photos. Our room has a personal terrace as well with a comfortable chair, but the view from there wasn’t the best. As we entered the room, we saw that we’d been given a complimentary bottle of wine as well as a bottle of water. The staff member gave us a quick tour of the room, which was interestingly shaped and carved into the cliff. It felt very unique and cozy. We had a smart television that we used for Netflix, as well as a refrigerator. The room also had a jacuzzi, though we didn’t use it as we were visiting in August and it was already quite warm outside. The plunge pool had a cool window that opened to the ocean, though. The bathroom was a bit small, but the shower was good quality with strong water pressure and consistent temperature. The staff added me on WhatsApp for easy communication which was GREAT. The bed was very comfortable with nice sheets as well as a hollow headboard which was good for putting our phones and other things over night. Everything in the room was cleaned when we arrived. There was also a cleaning service when we were away during the day. The air conditioner was strong and there was a dehumidifier as well. There were plenty of towels and outlets, though we of course needed a converter for our American electronic devices. There was a coffee maker with easy to use pods, as well as 2 pairs of soft white slippers. We did not try the breakfast or the massage service. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. My only wish is that the view directly from our room was a bit better, as the room is tucked into the mountainside. However, there were nice photo spots all around us, so we only had to take 20 steps to get a nice view of the sunrise or sunset in comfy chairs. If I return to Santorini, I will absolutely stay here again!

Everything about our stay was amazing! The room is fantastic with a view of the caldera that is indescribable! Anna and her team were available to us even before we arrived, helping coordinate transportation from the airport, special requests, and local experiences. She met us as we arrived and made our stay worry-free. I cannot say enough good things about Anna and the rest of the staff! There are so many delicious dining options and shopping right near the hotel-such a convenient location! You will not be disappointed with your stay here!

Amazing staff. Fantastic location.

We stayed at white pearl villas for our honeymoon! I’ll start with the good: - the location - the view - the front desk team and porter were nice Now onto the terrible. The photos for this hotel listing are incredibly misleading. The conditions are not “VIP” or enjoyable by any means. - The pool area and lounge seats are run down, ripped, and give motel impression. - We got the aurora grace room and the indoor plunge pool was murky water and had dirty jets. - The bathroom has mold. Mold on shower shelf, painted over on the walls, and the sign above the toilet just the biggest example of lazy upkeep. - The bed had bugs. The hotel staff assured us it was ants which is still gross. We lifted the sheet to check for more bugs and the mattress was stained with what looked like blood.

But very nice property but main level was not on the same level as pool which was on separate level of outside dining area. The pool was under a roof and did not receive direct sun. The condition of the living area and bedrooms were immaculate. Just had to climb many stairs to get from one level to another.

We arrived at 9 pm to the villa, we put the code we had been given by Oliver’s Travels to find it was incorrect. We sweated outside until I phoned guest relations who told us it had been changed! When we were in we started to unpack to find two headboards were badly peeling off, so much so we awoke with plastic in our hair! Dirty stained cushions and sofa inside. The villa itself looks lovely but we then realised there was no gas for either bbq. The large umbrella covering the seating outside was complete broken and the smaller one had a large hole in it. The roof terrace glass wall was held in places with masking tape! We informed Imagine, the property maintenance people who bought us gas, but needed the owners permission for an umbrella. So Tuesday was a bank holiday so nothing happened. Wednesday they came out with a tiny umbrella that didn’t fit in any fittings. Friday they eventually came out with a tiny umbrella that didn’t cover two sun beds. So with children with us we couldn’t sit outside as there was no shade except under the awning roof with a wooden table. We paid £5,500 for a week for this villa but the presentation inside was certainly not the luxury promised. There were cracked lamps in one room, dirty walls and the welcome pack was a loaf of bread and a pint of milk! Oliver’s Travels have been made aware nearly two weeks ago now but have yet to come back with any comments. My husband was more upset by the fact we had lovely furnishings outside but couldn’t sit in them or indeed outside due to the total lack of umbrellas as promised in the brochure. A sorry would have been good!

Researched Santorini for best 4 night option, and found Oia as the best village to enjoy Santorini. There are many places to stay, but selecting White Pearl Villas was a great descion, as the service and location was great. They upgraded us to a suite with an interior ocean view jacuzzi, as the weather was starting to chill at end of season. The room was extremely confortable, with an oceanview private terrace. Enjoyed the courtesy bottles of white wine made by their own vineiyards. Would definitely return.

Great escape with complete privacy property without people walking in front of your terrace. Highly recommended for couple who seek for private time.
