Absolutely amazing! Fantastic staff would return 💯 The staff were so friendly couldn't do enough reception were very helpful. 8 minute walk to Fira town. Supermarket 5 min walk. Couldn't fault the hotel. Breakfast great huge selection plus a menu for eggs benedict and omelette. Jersey, Freddie and nikos the lifeguard were brilliant 👏 👌

I had an amazing stay at the Majestic. All the staff are welcoming and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. We arranged with the hotel to be picked up from the airport, which was very convenient. They picked us up in a air conditioned Mercedes van and the driver was very friendly. Upon arrival to the hotel we were greeted and was served a glass of juice, as we were provided with a great deal of information to help us enjoy our stay in Santorini. The hotel grounds were nice and clean. Our hotel was also very nice and comfortable. We had a wonderful view of the volcano. Breakfast is served every morning and it offers a great selection and variety of food for everyone. Also try the spa service here. I received a facial and the facial was very relaxing and felt nice. My skin felt great after. Honestly, this hotel is outstanding. It is in walking distance of the town of Fira. The staff are very generous and attentive to your needs. We stayed at the Majestic Hotel for 3 nights. An excellent, clean and well-designed hotel. We really enjoyed the generous treatment, rich and delicious breakfast, excellent location, you can easily reach anywhere on the island. Our return flight was delayed, the hotel allowed us to enjoy a refreshment room. Highly recommended

The hotel is so quiet and relaxing, however the real highlight is the staff. Everyone we met from the manager to the housekeeping team were so welcoming. They really do make it an experience to remember. Nothing is too much for them, a truly memorable stay.

Disclaimer:Although a travel agent, I will always review based on a traveler perspective with customer service insight as I have lived both positions for a very long time. Customer service in conjunction with my experience as a customer is what drives my repeat business and recommendations to friends, family and clients. The Majestic Hotel did not disappoint and we had an amazing stay to complete a month long Mother Daughter trip. We stayed here for three nights and although a great place to stay, there is one thing I would probably not do again and that is stay here with my daughter. Although we saw a few children younger than my teenager here, this hotel had more of an adult getaway vibe which is great. We didn't have any issues while there and my teenage daughter loved everything, bringing or not bringing children to this specific hotel is just my personal preference. Although this hotel is right on a main road, it wasn't super noisy and in all actuality we didn't notice a lot of traffic. I appreciated the fact that when I needed to get some more Euros, there was an ATM that I was able to walk to close by. The rooms were great, with one minor issue that didn't deter us but was more of a nuisance. No matter what we did, water from the shower always ended up on the floor. Our toilet kept running during our stay, but not enough that I felt like we needed to call and have it fixed. I did use laundry service (as we basically traveled with only backpacks) which was absolutely fast and amazing. The beds were comfortable which I found in almost all of Europe as I need firmer mattresses anyway. The staff was absolutely amazing and so friendly and attentive. Breakfast was good and I appreciated the variety as I can't always eat certain types of meats and the hotel was accommodating. The first night I was there, I decided to eat dinner in the restaurant on site by myself as a treat while my daughter decided to stay in the room. The service and food were both amazing! I had a bottle of wine that the server recorded for me to take back to my room that night along with a glass. Accommodations were clean and the patio had a nice view and was really quiet to just sit and relax on early morning or even midday. We checked out extremely early but staff was able get us all taken care of and checked out. If you don't want to be in the middle of all of the stuff that goes on, this is a great place to be. The rooms are clean and the staff is exceptional. This is a family hotel, with a more of a romantic, relaxing adult vibe. I actually have a couple that I will be sending here for their anniversary. This is a great place to stay and I would recommend to clients, family and friends.

Very lovely hotel and facilities. About 10-15 minutes walk from Thira town centre with lots of shops and eateries. Hotel staff were very hospitable. Breakfast was lovely .

We had an amazing 5 night stay at the beautiful Majestic Hotel. Upon our arrival we were greeted with refreshments to accommodate the captivating views from the lounge area. Our suite was very spacious and accommodating along with amazing sunsets from our patio. The food was absolutely delicious, we enjoyed having our coffee and breakfast every morning. Shout-out to George (bar manager) and his bartenders Kostas, and Jersey. Thank you for all the delicious cocktails, late night meals, and desserts. We enjoyed hanging out with you listening to the music, singing to old favorite songs, was such a great vibe. I want to personally thank Eleni and her entire staff for our amazing experience.
