Wij zijn aangenaam verrast tijdens ons verblijf. Het is heerlijk als je ervan houdt om bij te komen in een rustige omgeving met prachtig uitzicht. Het hotel is heel schoon en netjes en de hotelkamers zijn fenomenaal. Echt heel goed. Lekker ruim, nette spullen en proper. Personeel is heel erg vriendelijk en staan voor je klaar. Ze werken heel hard maar stralen rust en tevredenheid uit. Vanuit het hotel is het een loopje naar boven naar het centrum, maar is goed te doen (lees: zelfs 30+ zwanger was het doable). Daar zitten een aantal gezellige restaurantjes en supermarktjes. Daar is ook een bushalte, wat we echt kunnen aanraden als je de omgeving wil verkennen. Heerlijk ontbijtje met super uitzicht. De dag van tevoren geef je door wat je graag wil eten, echt super! Kan deze plek aan iedereen aanraden.

One of the best hidden gem on the island. If you have rental car and enjoy to stay away form crowded area. The room is open to the sea ,exactly like the picture . The staff is very nice as traditional Greece people , and the breakfast is top notch.

Wow, just wow! This place is what dreams are made of. It's not a luxury hotel you pay an arm and a leg for, but it's location, friendly staff and scenery our worth every penny. I would come back here in a heart beat and recommend it to anyone looking to stay in a quiet yet beautiful location within walking distance to restaurants and a few shops.

Notre chambre 112, est juste à l'angle de la rue, très mal isolé (à équiper le double vitrage).
Et devant chambre et devant les fenêtres, il y a 2 rangements pour les affaires ménages donc il y a toujours du passage du personnel donc nous sommes obligés de fermer les rideaux et du coup la chambre est très sombre.
Le confort de la chambre n'est pas à la hauteur du 5 étoiles.
Seulement le service du personnel est superbe, 5/5.

Great place, very nice and big rooms, with amazing Caldera's view. Very good breakfast and staff very polite, always ready to satisfy every needs. Facilities are also very good. Price fair, excellent value for money

Many of the reviews mention the stairs and if you take one thing away with you from this fabulous location it'll be well-worked calves! We had booked for just one night because we were island-hopping and wanted somewhere with a view for the final night before our flight. What a view. Oh my goodness...what a view. The owner upgraded us on arrival so rather than a two-bedroom apartment we got a two-bedroom apartment with outdoor jacuzzi overlooking the caldera. Did I mention the view? It was stunning. Actually, considering we were literally in and out inside 18 hours, the owner could not have been more hospitable. There was a free bottle of wine, a free lift into town, a recommendation for a restaurant that turned out to be the best place we went all holiday and in the morning he drove his minibus down the cliff road so that we didn't have to drag our bags back up the hill to meet the taxi. All of this and he refused every single offer of a tip from us. If you're looking to stay somewhere that will take your breath away both literally and metaphorically then I cannot recommend Kokkinos Villas enough.

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was perfect and the arrangement of our transfers to/from the ferry and airport were appreciated. We also enjoyed the daily breakfast. It was our first time to Santorini and we were very pleased to learn that we picked the best area of the island to stay. Quiet and peaceful, yet conveniently located to everything and an amazing view.
