Location : View/scenery was perfect and worth every cent i paid! Although the stairs were torturing but it was a good work out! It was about 10-15 mins walk to Fira/shops & restaurants.
Service : Staff were super friendly and answered all our questions/worries. Assisted to arrange for airport transfers and car rental, super quick to act. 1 of the guy carried 2 of our luggages down the stairs to the hotel, we were so grateful for that!
Room : Room was smaller than I expected but still love it! Toilet lights were a bit dim but all’s fine, airconditioning and water heater works perfect. Wish they had more channels for tourists on the TV, or netflix to chill. Yes to sunset but no sunrise view.
Overall: Super happy with my stay! Very romantic for couples!

Nice hotel and decent. Our room have the sunset view and surrounding view of hotel also quite gorgeous. Few mins walk have fews decent nice restaurant and mini mart.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. The view is amazing, the staff went out of their way to make my neice and me comfortable. I stayed here two times and both weee an amazing experience.

Magnifique hôtel à quelques pas de Fira et sur le chemin qui le relie à Oia. L’hôtel est en contrebas et effectivement il y a pas mal de marches, mais cela ne nous a pas posé de difficultés, nous avons été aidés à l’arrivée comme au départ pour transporter les bagages. La vue sur la caldeira est époustouflante, depuis la piscine, la terrasse du petit déjeuner et notre terrasse. Nous avons logé dans la suite moulin pour 4 personnes, la chambre est bien équipée et propre. Nous avons apprécié les 2 magnifiques terrasses. Un seul bémol le petit déjeuner qui n’est pas varié ni exceptionnel et la piscine qui n’est pas chauffée donc froide pour une fin avril

We loved Agali House. Staff was amazing and very helpful. They are very hard workers! Hooked us up with amazing excursions Only complaint was the towels are pretty rough. But other than that, the property is amazing. Just be ready to climb lots of stairs. Thank God for the suitcase handlers!!
