Correct considering the very affordable price, but in full preparation for the season. The staff is very nice, the welcome was very detailed, the breakfasts were decent. Our room could do with some updating. The swimming pool was open. Private parking at the back for parking. Very close to the city center on foot.

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Livadaros! The kindness of the staff was incredible and the setting was clean and very pretty! The room was modern and the terrace overlooking the sea and swimming pool was very pleasant :) We recommend it without any hesitation ^^!

The front desk amazing! But bathroom was not fully clean. The street is SOOOOO LOUD!!! You can’t sleep at all at night!!! Next door was super loud all night.

Beautiful hotel! The location is really good. Several restaurants nearby as well as a supermarket.
The swimming pool was more than appreciated in this extreme heat. The staff is very friendly. The only small point is that the bed is firm and there is little to no soundproofing.
I recommend this hotel.

Wow, my Mrs and myself stayed here for a week. What a resort. Family run resort by absolute top class family, the dad will pick you up from airport, Anna and her sister will do anything for you, get you booked up for tours, she even upgraded our room to balcony 2nd day the breakfasts are an absolute godsend to prepare you for the day and the pool is one of the most chilled one experienced. I will be back when we return next year for sure Karterados may be a little bit out of the way but the 20 minute walk to fira is worth it to be here Thanks again guys see you next year ❤️❤️

Lovely Villa, the best part of the Villa is it’s receptionist Anna. She is such a wonderful person ready to help anytime. Clean and a few minutes walk from the city center. I will visit again. Thank you Anna.

Very warm welcome by Anna. The buses are 10 minutes away on foot with direct access to the ferry or the airport (price €1.80 per ticket, and timetables on the solar panel or at the back of the bus ticket. ;) The accommodation is also located at 25 minutes walk from Fira where you can take a bus to Oia. We had a pipe problem when we came, this seems to be common in Greece.... Perfect hotel to stay in while waiting to leave for the airport because you can enjoy the swimming pool while waiting. There are deckchairs with towels left by the hotel available. I put one star less because the room was for 4 people and it was only provided with cups, tea bags, etc. for 2 people.
