Despite my efforts and dedication to providing exceptional service, a portion of my tips, which were supposed to be sent since December was not received. Their policy is to give the tips in December instead of each month during your employment. Suspicious. After numerous attempts to address the matter through emails and phone calls, it wasn't until mid-February that I finally received some of the tips and not all that was owed to me. Reflecting on my experience, I urge future job seekers to approach employment at Secret View with skepticism. Clear communication and assurances regarding compensation should be sought before committing to any position, although I would personally STAY AWAY. In conclusion, my tenure here was marred by frustration and disappointment stemming from the mishandling of the tips. Until significant changes are made to rectify these issues, I cannot recommend this place as a favorable workplace.

The staff are formidable- George (bar/dining manager) has a passion for the product and it is apparent. The quality and service is wonderful and staff are always available to go above and beyond.
The Santorini Secret suites are a gem.

The property is beautiful and the staff were wonderfully kind and helpful. Our room was well-appointed and clean. We ate a few meals in Finikia which is a 5 min walk from the hotel and cheaper than Oia. Oia is a 20-30 min walk from the hotel. The first 5 minutes are uphill but after it flattens and is easy. The spa was in the basement of the kitchen/breakfast facility so I could hear tables screeching and plates clinking during my massage, but it was a free massage due to the ******* VIP perk so I’m still happy we did it. Domaine Sigalas winery is right up the road and was fantastic.
