空港から近いため、泊まりました。
受付の対応は良かったです。
タクシーを予約していただけました。
お部屋は清潔でしたが、アメニティが少なく、お水がしょっぱかったです。おそらく地理的な問題かと思います。

Currently staying at the Imperial Med, located 30 minute walk from Kamari,or 10 euros in a taxi each way Facilities are excellent especially the Pool area,daytime staff are very attentive.Special mention to Katerina,Stella,Sophia,Maria and George who couldn't do enough for us during our stay.

The hotel is pretty but is definitely not a 5 star. The pool is the best part of the hotel,with the service and location falling short. The staff is nice but inexperienced- any small request will take a long time. The rooms are ok,nothing exceptional and the breakfast is ok as well.

Too close to the airport and planes were taking off past midnight.
We were on the ground floor and can hear the footsteps from above.
Pool hours were too short.
Breakfast hours were late.

Prenotiamo su Booking in mezza pensione. Arrivo in reception cn quad da noi noleggiato. Tutto bene. In reception, personale professionale, accogliente e gentile. Consigliamo la SPA . Ottima! La camera sembra pulita e funzionale, ma la polvere sotto il letto è di 3 cm, si rompe il gancio che regge la doccia e viene riparato dopo due giorni. Non esiste un poggia shampoo e docciaschiuma nel box doccia. Trovare posto in piscina è un terno al Lotto. Il bar ha dei prezzi ingiustificabili:€ 6,50 una minerale da 0,75 cl, 7 € x una birretta da 33 cl1. Spiaggia abbandonata anche perché il mare è impraticabile a causa dei sassi nel fondale. Menù senza lode nè infamia. Lati positivi: personale gentile e disponibile, location: vicino aeroporto, nel verde di un giardino curatissimo, camere spaziose. Voto:6.

Imperial med offre sicuramente un’esperienza rilassante. La struttura è bella, con piscina ed esterni in generale curatissimi. Peccato per la spiaggia, spaziosa ma poco curata e poco frequentata. Camere spaziose e pulite, i bagni lasciano un po’ a desiderare, sicuramente non a livello di un quattro stelle. Personale estremamente gentile e disponibile. La posizione putroppo non aiuta, è davvero vicinissima all’aereoporto e il rumore degli aerei si sente molto. È peró davvero vicinissimo al mare e al centro e alle spiagge di Kamari, 5 minuti di macchina e siete li.

Just came back with 4 day stay at the hotel with 2 of my friends. The hotel was absolutely spotless at all times, cleaning ladies around all the time, pool and surrounding area also always spotless. Reception and bar staff all very helpful friendly amd chatty, made our experience incredibly enjoyable. Katarina helped us organise our stay and book very exiting trips, she was extremely helpful and patient. Yes the hotel is located very close to the airport but it didn't bother us in the slightest, it was everything we were looking for. We didn't want to stay in Oia or Fira being always so busy, this hotel was quiet, spotless and absolutely beautiful. Thank you to all the stuff for making our little dream of coming to Santorini such an amazing experience ✨️ 😊

Don’t ever go here,I booked a junior suite and got a upgraded room as per hotel it was a horrible old room with out been furnished for years.When we asked for refund the refused to pay,the lady in reservation Antonio she is a real big mouth lady who is cheating on people showing beautiful rooms on the website on reality it’s 3 star.It’s situated near run away of the airport so noisy.Please don’t loose your money on this hotel,there are better choices in Fira which is actually a four star and five star same rate.
