Lovely hosts and stay, if we needed anything we simply had to message via WhatsApp and were given all the assistance required. Short walk from Perissa beachfront, bus stop, pharmacy and shops. 24hr bakery a stones throw also.
Facilities were small portable stove, kettle, tv, toilet, shower, sink in kitchenette and bathroom. Bed was firm and comfortable. Also a balcony with table and 2 chairs. If we came to Perissa again we would for sure consider if not stay here again as it suited our needs and we were always politely treated.

We selected Paul’s Studio because it was a great price and great location. Everything we needed was in walking distance from our room. We also required a kitchen and the basic kitchen was what we needed to make breakfast every morning! The room was clean and the family that owns the property is very friendly and helpful. They arranged our transportation for us and stayed in communication as we needed! I would recommend Paul’s Studio to anyone looking to stay in the area for a good price.

Tout près de la plage de sable noir, magnifique (même si un peu trop de sunbed on arrive a trouver de la place sur le sable, la plage est grande. Près des restaurants le long de la plage et également à 2 pas de l'arrêt de bus.
Accueil de la propriétaire très agréable, taille de la chambre très bien et petit balcon bien pratique.

Nice and quiet place. Friendly staff; good value for the price. 500 mtrs from the beach and the area has a good selection of restaurants. Easy acces to public transportation. Good supermarket at 700 mtrs. Plenty of hiking in the area and the weather is great this time of the year.

Ci sono stata con il mio fidanzato quest’estate per una settimana . Il posto è molto tipico,ben arredato e soprattutto molto centrale. Le camere molto minimali,l’arredo un po’ datato e il bagno mediocre,la doccia aveva una tenda che non servicios a nulla perche si bagnava tutto il bagno ,non si poteva scaricare la carta infatti dovevamo buttare la carta igienica in un cestino (non capisco perché ) . Unico difetto il bagno per il resto niente male Le proprietarie a disposizione su tutto tranne per un check out posticipato ,avevamo l’aereo alle 20:00 ,avevamo proposto di pagare una differenza per rimanere un po’ in più in stanza e non ci è stato concesso nulla, così da rimanere tutta la giornata in giro
