In the center of Fira, the hotel is very beautiful. It is converted from an old monastery. It is very tasteful and the rooms are great. It is very convenient to visit Fira and it is very close to walk. It is a great experience.

Simply fantastic the staff was exceptional and the breakfast was simply amazing.,the location of the hotel was strategic in fira and walking distance to ferostefani.

The hotel is very good, very beautiful, and it is a cliff hotel. The room, pool, breakfast, all the design and service are very advanced. In addition to the infinity pool, each room also has a swimming pool. The room service is also very good. We were on a two week family vacation with our two college aged girls. First stop Santorini!!!! Katikies hotel did not disappoint! We were pampered and spoiled! Rooms were beautiful.. we had a rooftop area which was beautiful! The view breathtaking and location of hotel was perfect. Breakfast was included with our room.. coming from the states we didn’t expect much (usually get continental bfast in the states) but here there was so much food and it was delicious.. had dinner at hotel one night and again did not disappoint. Would 100% stay here again!

The hotel has amazing service and wonderful staff. Our family was very comfortable and had an amazing time at this hotel. Attention to details, cleanliness and a wonderful location. The complementary breakfast was divine. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Santorini.

This resort is one of the best we have been to. The staff and customer service is outstanding, the ambiance, rooms, restaurants and pool were lovely. We would definitely recommend and we would stay here again. It’s in a wonderful location. Great views from the pool of the ocean.

Absolutely stunning hotel with staff to match. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed by attentive , calmly spoken staff members. Nothing was too much trouble and even arriving at around 9pm at night in darkness did not deter the staff member checking us in giving us a guided tour of the premises. Upon being guided to our room we were informed that we had been upgraded complimentary to a room with its own terrace and hot tub. The room was spacious and felt bright and airy. The room was turned over everyday and complimentary water was left in an evening. Every single day the manager was in sight and courteously stopped to ask how our day or evening had been. Breakfast was exemplary , with a breakfast menu being put into our room each evening so we knew in advance what was being served. Overall an excellent stay , we would definitely recommend and would love to return.

Amazing hotel perfectly located in the heart of Fira. Service is superb, rooms are beautiful and the food is excellent. The staff is great. Restaurant is amazing, and their sommelier very knowledgeable Their spa is worth visiting. Had a great massage with Evangelos!

A luxury oasis nestled in the town of Fira. The rooms are elegantly appointed, and the pool area overloooking the sea is so relaxing. Our room had a private balcony pool/jacuzzi as well. Most of all, the entire staff made our stay perfect - from their friendly greetings, assistance and gourmet food. A truly wonderful experience.
