Anna was so kind and friendly and helpful!! The whole property was amazing. The owner was kind and helped us with everything. They helped us rent a car the days we were there and the breakfast was soooo delicious!! Great place to stay, highly recommend it đ

Me and my husband went to this hotel for 2 weeks for a relaxing break although it wasnât the hotel rep was showing me online I was glad to go to such a lovely villa, mother and daughter run the villa together, rooms cleaned everyday clean sheets regularly and clean towels daily, nothing was to much trouble they gave us a kettle , plates, and cutlery for the room to acomadte us as we was expecting a different hotel with all this already in the room, they asked us what they could do to make us happy as this wasnât what we thought we booked, lovely people would definitely go again it was very relaxing nothing was to much trouble. This is an absolute gem for travellers to Santorini. Itâs a unique location between the crater rim and sea in the south - a breath of fresh air away from the busy tourist spots. Even better, you donât need a 5 star budget to experience the best of Santorini by making this your base.
The rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. There is a small fridge in the room but no coffee/tea but you can get these from reception breakfast area. The sparkling pool and surrounding views of the sea and vineyards are a stunning outlook, with lots of places to sit and relax. Akrotiri and the southern beaches are down the road The warmth and hospitality of Zeta and other staff made it extra special.
We had a car but thereâs a car rental place right nearby, or the local bus service goes past.
The sunsets are definitely a unique opportunity to get a fresh view of the whole caldera. We loved staying here. Our new favourite area of Santorini.

Heureusement pour nous, nous y avons passĂ© quâune nuit. Nous sommes rentrĂ©s dans une chambre qui sentait lâodeur nausĂ©abonde des Ă©gouts Ă tel point que nous avons repoussĂ© au maximum lâheure du coucher. De plus la chambre nâĂ©tait pas propre, Le petit dĂ©jeuner pour 8⏠était mauvais ( croissant et cake achetĂ© en supermarchĂ© sorti tout juste dâun sac plastique) En bref, je ne recommande pas du tout cet Ă©tablissement.

Une abomination... Par oĂč commencer ? PremiĂšrement les photos vous promettent un cadre magnifique, agrĂ©able et sympa, au niveau des chambres comme au niveau de lâextĂ©rieur. Au niveau de lâextĂ©rieur, cela peut passer Ă part la proximitĂ© dâune route trĂšs passante. La piscine est agrĂ©able. Mais les chambres...Sales, poussiĂ©reuses et moisies. Les draps Ă©taient tachĂ©s comme si quelquâun avait dormi dedans. Le sol Ă©tait poisseux. Inadmissible. De plus nous sommes arrivĂ©es vers 12h, la rĂ©ceptionniste nous a dit que notre chambre nâĂ©tait disponible quâa 15h pour quâils puissent faire le mĂ©nage. A ce demander si la femme de mĂ©nage existe vraiment ! Suite Ă cela le petit dĂ©jeuner... une catastrophe. 8⏠pour des viennoiseries sous vide et immangeables. Les tasses dans lesquelles on nous a amenĂ©s les cafĂ©s Ă©taient encore une fois, sales ( plus trĂšs Ă©tonnant Ă ce stade ). Les jaunes des Ćufs (Ă la coque ? Dur ? On ne sait pas ! ) Ă©taient presquâen noir. Et pour finir, mon cafĂ© supplĂ©mentaire, cafĂ© soluble Nespresso pour prĂ©ciser, mâa Ă©tĂ© facturĂ© 3âŹ, en plus de mes 8⏠de petit dĂ©jeuner. Une arnaque ! Le sourire enjĂŽleur des deux hĂŽtes nâest lĂ que pour vous entuber au maximum ! Tout ça pour dire que cet Ă©tablissement ce veut un peu chic et luxueux dâapparence, mais en approfondissant ça nâa rien Ă voir.

Not recommended! Very disappointed with this hotel whose cleanliness leaves something to be desired. Dirty room = stained pillow, damp, broken air conditioning, air conditioning that stinks of vinegar, mold on the mattress, stained pillows, rusty shower, hair in the shower, greasy floor.

Par oĂč commencerâŠ. La chambre Ă©tait vendue avec vue sur mer et terrasse: nous avions vue sur un Patio commun et pas de terrasse. Mais ça câest encore le plus sympa. Une chambre SALE, des moisissures sur le matelas, des oreillers et des couettes HUMIDES. La chambre Ă©tait remplie de moucherons en tout genre et de mites . Les draps Ă©taient tachĂ©s dĂšs notre arrivĂ©e. La douche Ă©tait remplie de cheveux dans le siphon, lâeau ne sâĂ©coulait pas et laissait une odeur nausĂ©abonde dans toute la chambre⊠Le sol (carrelage) Ă©tait gras comme si quelquâun avait renversĂ© de lâhuile et collait!!! Nous avons essayĂ© dâallumer la clim, qui en plus de ne pas marcher, laisser une odeur trĂšs forte de vinaigre. Tous les objets Ă©taient remplis de poussiĂšres, de saleté⊠Pour clĂŽturer le tout, nous avons demandĂ© un remboursement, la propriĂ©taire sâest emportĂ©, nous a virĂ© et traitĂ©s de tous les noms, alors que la veille elle nous avait confirme quâelle nous rembourserait et que lâĂ©tat de la chambre Ă©tait effectivement dĂ©plorable.
