I absolutely loved this place when my friend and I visited in 2018. The owners are the sweetest and most accommodating people, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, the view is unbeatable, snd they gave us so many suggestions on how to make the most of our trip and places to see that this was undoubtedly the most amazing vacation of my life. They also had the sweetest little dog when we were there and it just made the place feel even homier!! Breakfast wasn’t free when we were there, but compared to everything else this place offered, it was a no brainer to stay here. This place is also a short bus ride to Oia and if you just want a relaxed beach day…the beach is RIGHT THERE. LITERALLY. You can’t find a better, more affordable place. We did have to wait a little bit to check in, but the beach is right there and you can relax in the beach chairs as long as you order food and drinks from the businesses right by the beach. Thank you for an amazing stay!!!!

The best place to stay on Santorini, everything about Stelios place is incredible and makes for the perfect holiday. It is the only place I would stay next time I return to Santorini and will recommend to friends and family members for their visits!

Stelios Place is located in the perfect spot just outside the hustle and bustle in the village of Perissa, next to the beach, souvenir shops, and restaurants. The host, Katerina, and her family treated us like we were part of their family. Their trea**ent towards us, even before arriving in Santorini, was super special. Katerina coordinated our transportation from the port to the hotel; from the hotel to Oía Village; and to the port with no issues. About the hotel: The rooms were extremely clean, the AC worked perfectly, the shower with hot water was spot on, and the pool was very beautiful. I highly recommend Stelios Place if you want to have a peaceful vacation in Santorini. I give Stelios Place a rating of 10/10 and an A .

The property was in a very convenient location and close to all the necessary amenities. The owner (Katerina) is very friendly and makes you feel at home. Excellent cleaning, super recommended :)

It was a lovely stay, the beach is a minutes walk from the property with a lovely variety of dining options. Katerina was very lovely and they had wonderful hospitality and was very informative about the Island in general. Would highly recommend!!! What makes this place unique I think is the family that run the place! They are very kind.

Excellent family hotel. Close to the beach and restaurants. The welcome is wonderful and the family takes great care of you. It’s been our little paradise for over years. Everything is clean, your room is cleaned every day. The swimming pool is superb, the place is quiet far from the crowds…. The bus is nearby.
