very beautiful hotel

This place was a magical oasis away from all the chaos of Fira and Oia. The views are incredible. Our suites were huge, clean and had their own private pools and patios. If you want privacy this is the place. But what really made it incredible was Thomas, the manager. To say he was attentive to our every need was an understatement. The customer service was off the chart…and we are used to staying at the Four Seasons where they pride themselves on guest hospitality. We felt like royalty here. If we ever come back to Santorini, there is no other place we would rather stay.

Wonderful wonderful place. We had our honeymoon there and Thomas and his team made it even more magical than it was already. We stayed in the Villa and everything was amazing. Lovely design and privacy. Nothing better than having breakfast overlooking the island and water. A true Olympic experience!👏

My wife, Brittany, and I stayed with Santorini Heights last week for our honeymoon, and let me tell you, it was worth every cent. Thomas, the concierge was the friendliest, most proactive, and knowledgeable host we could have possibly asked for. If we needed a single thing, all we needed to do was drop a message; including, but not limited to, cocktails, bookings, transportation, meals, and even a few extras that were done to add some personal touches to our trip. The views are amazing and Thomas will steer you right no matter what you are looking for.

From check in to check out this small boutique hotel was awesome. Thomas welcomed us with a glass of wine on arrival & even arranged lovely toasted sandwiches & Greek salad for our late night arrival after a long airline delay. Thomas arranged transfers, restaurants, car hire & trips, nothing was too much trouble & the communication was brilliant. Breakfast is served on you private balcony & was delicious every day, you order online for the next morning & Kristina even made us delicious homemade pancakes & Greek pastries. The service was amazing, the villas clean & modern. I would recommend hiring a car as the location is a bit remote but the views are awesome!

We were there for our honeymoon... and it was PERFECT. I think this is THE place to be for a honeymoon. It's really quiet. Privacy is the nr. 1 rule in the hotel, only if you say that you need something, the crew will come to your suite. Thomas is very kind and friendly and helps you with all your questions en activities you want to do. He will help you by reserve tables, plan activities and is honest with recommendations/activities. This hotel has everything you need and i definetly recommend it for couples who wants quality time alone :)

Absolutely amazing! This was one of the best experiences of all time in all of our travels. We stayed in the Summit Villa for 4 nights and didn’t want to leave. The Villa was incredible. But more than that, Thomas made our stay a truly unforgettable experience. Before we even arrived, he made sure we were taken care of. And while we were there, he ensured nothing was overlooked. He arranged winery tours, a private cooking class, transportation any where we wanted to visit. His recommendations were top notch and there was nothing we didn’t love. Thank you to the entire team there as well. There was no detail overlooked. We would not hesitate to go back and are already looking forward to our next visit - this time for longer.

Thomas is the best! He made sure we had a relaxing, fun, and stress free honeymoon. Also the views are magnificent. The summit villa is top of the line.

Santorini Heights is out of this world. We stayed for 3 nights at the end of July. Even before we arrived we knew we'd have a great time as correspondence from the hotel had been fast and really helpful on the run up to our visit. As soon as we pulled up to the beautiful accommodation Thomas came out to greet us and from that moment until we departed he was absolutely fantastic. A huge credit to the resort. A kind, loveable guy who goes above and beyond to make your stay perfect. The whole experience was faultless. The suites and the surroundings are stunning. Immaculate, luxurious rooms, and the views are without doubt the best on the island. It's quiet and romantic. The perfect resort. Thomas organised our trips, provided great advise, tips, and ideas for us to cram as much as possible into our three days. Nothing was too much trouble. All the staff were wonderful at Santorini Heights, we honestly had the most amazing time. The resort app made ordering drinks and food so easy and both were delicious. The portion sizes were huge, you'd never go hungry. I can't think of any aspect of the stay that wasn't perfect. Thomas is the best and we would return in a heartbeat. Thomas mentioned the monastery a few minutes from the suites, for a great sunset experience. OMG this did not disappoint. We walked up one evening and it was just us and a couple of locals watching. I would say, it was by far the best view of the sunset and 360-degree views of the island! Absolutely breathtaking. We will return and we hope Thomas will be there. He's simply the best. The Perfect Honeymoon destination, thos place had everything you need. Thomas is one of the nicest people we've ever met, he will do literally anything for his guests. We arrived late on arrival day around 10pm, so he laid on some pizzas for us which was really appreciated and his hospitality was just the beginning. The food service is really simple to use via app/QR code which and the food was incredible, the portions were great and always fresh. A huge shout out to everyone at Santorini Heights who do their bit to make their guests feel welcome and relaxed. The hotel itself was beautifully clean, private and quiet and we were provided with the absolutely stunning views of most of the island, the pool was always relatively warm and the lounge chairs were so comfy we barely moved! We recommend hiring a car which Thomas can help with as Taxis vary between 35-60Euro one way depending on where you go on the island and made exploring the island much more cost effective! We also went on a boat trip which again Thomas helped with and recommended the best day for weather and experience. We were so sad to leave but left with truly amazing memories of such a special place. Wishing everyone at Santorini Heights our best. Rich and Katherine

Amazing villa at reasonable price compared to the more expensive options in Oia and Fira. Wasn't sure about it being so out of the way at first, you do need a car, but do not regret staying here at all given the quality of the villa. We loved Santorini and it was largely due to staying here...

A very nice stay here in a superior Vine suite although sadly only for 2 nights. Thomas who manages the place looked after us really well and is a top class concierge. The room was spacious and the Infiniti pool excellent. You order your breakfast the day before and it comes exactly on time and is served outside for you to eat on your patio by the pool. You do need a hire car or your going to be left waiting for expensive taxis but the views here more than compensate for that. Very much recommended!

We returned yesterday from an amazing 5 days at Santorini heights celebrating our wedding anniversary and omg there are no words for this place apart from heaven on earth each and every member of staff goes above and beyond for you especially Thomas we will be back
