The location is good enough, and there is a beautiful scenery when you open the door. The store is warm and the service is good. I will book this store next time. The price-performance ratio is also very high.

Excellent traditional accommodation on offer with stunning views over the ocean. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and we were always greeted with a friendly smile. 5 stars all round. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be visiting again.

The hotel was just as it says on the website. The views of the sea were just amazing. The staff were so welcoming and helpful with places to visit and restaurants to eat in. It was just a perfect place to stay as it was a quiet location but only 2 mins from the main town of Fira.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!!! They will hold you hostage, literary. I book my trip to Santorini in early spring (for mid July arrival). At that point the season had not even started. after doing some more research on the island I realized Santorini was not for me as it is in the hills and requires a lot of walking. I have requested to get a refund but the HOTEL MANAGER, refused to issue any refund. I could understand if I did this the last minute, but this was 3 MONTHS BEFORE MY TRIP!!!!! The hotel would not have had any loses in this case, they were jus GREEDY. CAN YOU IMAGINE IF A PERSON IN WHEELCHAIR HAD TO BE STUCK IN THE ROOM FOR 5 DAYS AND NOT BEING ABLE TO WALK ANYWHERE? Really poor management decision. This tells a lot about their attitude towards customer service!!!!!

Our stay at the Aigialos was fabulous! The view was spectacular. I did a lot of research to ensure we had the best and most interesting view of the caldera, mountainside and quaint buildings along the cliffs, and of course the beautiful sunset, all from our balcony. A spacious, clean and comfortable room, manageable stairs, and a great breakfast were mandatory, as well as easy walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Aigialos delivered and more. We compared it to Oia in person and were so glad we stayed here in Fira. The best part was the staff. The service was impeccable - every staffer was kind, responsive and helpful with a smile. Most impressive was that we asked for a private tour to be arranged in 2 hours, and it was quickly confirmed with a recommended itinerary. We had an outstanding driver at the best price. Impressive. Our stay was perfect!

I recieved a room upgrade on this property of which I greatly appreciated. It is in with easy walking distance to the local buses and town centre. There was no need to travel Oia for the sunset as it was just off my terrace. Absolute hidden gem of a location. Thank you team Aigialos I will be back.

Our stay at this hotel was the number one point of our trip. We stayed there 4 days. Impeccable service. A la carte lunch served every day on the terrace of our room on a white tablecloth. The quality of the lunch is worthy of a 5-star restaurant. The waiter takes great care of us. We chose the superior room with partial view, but still very nice view. The only thing that makes it partial is that there is a wall that can block the view when we sit, but very partial. Very central. Very good service in arranging a taxi for us, explaining bus routes, recommending excellent restaurants, giving us directions and suggestions for activities. The rooms are beautiful, large and comfortable. Our friends had a room next to us. Everything was perfect. I will go back one day!
