The hotel is very new, with large rooms, good views, and complete facilities. It belongs to the form of a resort. There are battery cars to help transport luggage. There are many swimming pools. The outdoor landscape is super beautiful. You can walk to the nearby Fira Town. It is a very cost-effective hotel.

Excellent resort very well maintained. Good food and very good service. All of us enjoyed walking to Fira and shopping there. A supermarket is close by for bottled water and other necessities. The restaurant and bar have good choice of food and drinks. Buffet breakfast was excellent. View from outside the hotel was fantastic. Highly recommended.

The resort is beautiful with 6 gorgeous pools. Very close walking distance to town of Fira which is very convenient. We thought the maids were very nice however, the restaurant staff and front desk was not. Didn’t use the spa facilty but when talking to our tour group friends they said they had a good experience. The food is sub par, ordered a margarita pizza that was dough with sauce and cheese slapped on, no basil!! What’s a margarita pizza without basil? There was a large variety at the Buffet breakfast, but poached eggs were hard, bacon/ ham not cooked and pastries dry. The spanakopita at the buffet was delish. I thought they could’ve done much better with the food and friendliness of the employees there.

Lovely hotel with excellent staff. They were all polite and very helpful, particularly our room maid. Only a 10 minute walk into town, and we are in our 70's. Something for everyone at breakfast. Lots of pools and always a sun lounger available, despite guests trying to reserve them which the hotel does not permit. Spotlessly clean throughout.

Couldn’t fault this hotel in any way. Spotlessly clean with daily room service. Food excellent and the staff were so lovely. Friendly, helpful and they work SO hard. Would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel as an ideal base for Santorini.

Relatively new, along with all the new developments on the east side of the main road about 10 minutes walk out of the centre of Fira. We stayed 3 nights at the end of a tour (along with many other tour groups). The resort has 236 rooms, 4 swimming pools, 3 restaurants-it is big. Built for numbers and not personal. But the rooms were comfortable and clean, relatively quiet, bed comfortable, breakfast good selection and plentiful. The staff we did have interaction were helpful.

We had a great stay at El Greco. The staff was amazing and a special thanks to Maria for all her great recommendations. The room was clean and beautiful furniture. Unfortunately too cold to use the pools but they look to be very well maintained. The breakfast buffet has a great selection to choose form .

Aangenaam hotel op wandelafstand van Fira. Hoofdbushalte dichtbij is zeer gemakkelijk! Mooie nette kamer, lekker ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel. 1 minpuntje misschien, op de eerste dag een lunch genomen die trouwens lekker was maar bij het afrekenen wordt je direct de vraag gesteld om een fooi te geven. Wij vonden dat niet kunnen en hebben vanaf dan buiten het hotel gegeten, maar ook daar hebbben we (soms) dezelfde vraag gekregen. Is een afknapper voor ons. Iedereen heeft van ons een fooi gekregen en zeker de mensen die er niet achter vroegen!
