I took a bus nearby and walked to the hotel. I went there using Google MAP, but it was difficult to find the place.
I walked for about 7 minutes with a large carry-on bag, but it was very difficult as the roads were bad and there were many stairs.
The room was smaller than I expected, and the toilet and shower were open.
I booked the jacuzzi looking forward to it, but I couldn't see the view from the jacuzzi. Even though it was cold, the hot water was lukewarm and I couldn't get it in slowly. The friend I went with didn't get in.
Breakfast was delicious with a variety of choices to choose from.
On the way back, the staff carried my carrier to the bus stop, which was very helpful.
I think the staff were friendly and very nice.

Supposed to get welcome drink and sparkling wine but did not. Also did not get room upgrade. We arrived quite late at night due to bad weather delays we so thought that we maybe would get it from receptionist next morning but did not.
View is amazing and makes everything else worth it.
We were in a Senior Suite with bed in the loft. Banged our heads on the ceiling several times and I am only 1.6m tall.
Jacuzzi was in a sheltered and private spot so much better than other rooms where it was exposed to everyone walking past. Balcony also not overlooked by others. So quite happy with the room anyway.
Jacuzzi temperature couldn’t be adjusted higher. Stuck at 32 degrees. Room got quite warm despite adjusting the air con lower and we didn’t sleep well the second night. Finally got up to open the windows to let in some cool air.
Rental car company recommended by hotel ended up with some hidden charges. Would have been cheaper booking through *******.

This hotel was a genuine find. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with incredible hospitality. The entire staff was dedicated to making sure we had an amazing stay. The room was clean and beautiful, better than pics. Breakfast was served every morning on our balcony. The views from the balcony are stunning! So tempting to never leave the hotel. Perfect location for restaurants and shopping. 10 min walk to bus station. We will be back!!

Very Bad experience overall. No parking even if the advertise on booking states there is free parking . No hot water in the shower !! Jacuzzi was pouring water into the room. 2nd room is only for children hight 1:60 but didn’t say. And no water from the sink. When I complaint I was called a lier. We will never come back and don’t recommend no one. But the view is amazing. Come to Santorini’s but to other hotel 😀

I surprised my 18 year old niece during March Spring Break with this hotel on Santorini. As we walked up and down the stairs while the bellmen carried our bags, she continued to look behind at me with a look on her face of disbelief. Then when we walked to the top and saw the view, her exact words were, "Are you kidding me right now? How did you find this place?!" We cannot recommend this hotel enough! 1) The employees were BEYOND WONDERFUL! We literally felt like they became family and their goal was to make sure we felt like we were at home. 2) Location, location, location to everything! 3) THE VIEWS! Literally no reason to leave! In fact, we never wanted to leave! Our room was EXACTLY as the photos online show except better in person. Breakfast in the room or on the patio are both perfect. The bathroom was huge and wonderful, and the hot tub was perfect after a long day of walking the stairs of Santorini! PLEASE look no further than this fabulous hotel for your stay on this island.

We stayed 3 nights at this property and were impressed with level of care and concern shown. The staff were very friendly and very responsive to any concerns we had. The property was very accessible to downtown and many popular viewing spots. Although we visited when much of Santorini was closed, we noticed many attractions very close to the property. Great experience overall.

We were very impressed with this unique suite! Never stayed in a room quite like it. So crisp and clean, comfortable bed, and everything we needed in the most simplistic way. The hotel is located in the perfect spot, easy to walk to town square and the most spectacular cliff side sunset views from our private patio and hot tub! From the moment we arrived Athena and Archie went over and above for us. Daily breakfast was included and delicious, served on the patio every morning at the time of our choosing. Athena also booked our amazing sunset catamaran cruise as well as a private driver to take us all over the island to places we would have never found on our own. The one thing that was very different for us - the shower and toilet area were open, no actual doors in the cave suite. After the first day we were used to it, would not deter us from staying again.

The most amazing stay in Santorini. Nefeles Luxury gave us a magical experience and definitely worth the money. The views were astonishing and the staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. 10/10 experience. The views and the food were impressive!!
