Beautiful views, see video. Climb up the hill, not friendly to middle-aged and elderly, but this Cliff hotel in Ferra is urinary. At first, the room 205 was bad, the air conditioning was bad, the wifi signal was very poor, after the feedback, it could not be repaired, but the staff did not actively think about the solution, ask the guest to propose "why don't you change the room?" (Actually Santorinis can't do that) Oh but the breakfast is very poor, you know it after eating oysters!

Nous avions la chambre 401 courant mai 2024. Avantages de l hôtel : bien situé près du centre et belle vue mais qu'à 50/100. Attention aux photos trompeuses, il y a sur la droite de la vue, une maison désaffectée qui gâche la vie. Dommage. Points faibles : petits dej : rien d incroyable et déco de la chambre désuète. J ajoute kk photos concernant les finitions, que dire...

Absolutely amazing location situated on the edge of a cliff… the views are out of this world.. The suite was spotlessly clean, staff are brilliant but the breakfast leaves a lot to be desired… Would definitely recommend…location is close to all amenities… a lot of steps to get to these suites so this would not be for families with buggies or the elderly

The photos on this site show the view from our room: a barren cliff. From our balcony you can see the caldera but the blinding sunshine with no shade made it impossible to sit there. The photos show our spa in the room: it was cold. We could not see the town: we were around the corner with no town views. We booked for three nights, but were promised a refund for two after moving out. It took two months for the refund to come through.

Breakfast and the view was amazing but the rooms are horrible, the fridge smelt bad and they don’t even put a kettle in your room
