Très bon hôtel situé en centre-ville de FIRA ! Idéalement il est préférable de louer une voiture depuis l’aéroport car en face de l’hôtel il y a un parking une pharmacie et même une mini market. L’hôtel est propre, très bien entretenu, bcp de chambres ont dû être rénovées, une deuxième piscine est en construction… Le personnel de l’accueil est formidable ; mention spéciale pour Helen qui nous a chouchouté par ses bons conseils , le manager est très sympathique et souvent présent. Le petit déjeuner est plus que complet contrairement aux commentaires de quelques grincheux Il y en a pour tous les goûts ( même du lait d’avoine, des fruits secs à volonté, des fruits frais coupés, des barres céréalières protéinées pour les sportifs) Quelques touristes peuvent être bruyants la nuit mais ça ne dure pas longtemps, pour les autres bruits venant de la rue n’oubliez pas que l’hôtel est en centre ville mais on dort bien ! Axes d’amélioration : -ce serait bien d’avoir aussi des peignoirs en plus des pantoufles dans les chambres -il faudrait aussi des étagères, des rangements dans les placards - et comment dire…être un plus généreux concernant les amenities dans les chambres ( papier wc et gel douches etc) même si on sent le besoin d’éviter le gaspillage - Il n’y a pas de salle de sport mais , une salle privée se trouve derrière l’hôtel. -une couverture escamotable serait idéale pour protéger les mini jacuzzi des projections de feuilles mortes dues au vent

We enjoyed our small room 106 for 5 nights with private balcony overlooking a side street, great walking location, grocery store across the street, a wonderful expansive breakfast and the best part was the friendly staff including Helen and very helpful manager Kostas who gave us great recommendations and was very patient with our questions. The room had daily housekeeping and the staff did a great job. The large pool and lounges were very comfortable and pool drink service is available by the friendly pool staff. We were so excited when we were offered an upgrade to a pool side cabana on our last night, an evening of luxury before we left. Thank you for a great stay and we hope to visit again!

Location was good, staff were helpful and friendly. Good choice at breakfast. However the rooms were very basic, very little storage. Felt like you were in a cave, not luxurious. Bathroom was small and the shower had no screen or curtain so when you had a shower the whole room was soaking wet, nothing to mop the water up with, making it Slippery and dangerous. Expensive for what it is
