ホテルのスタッフも皆さん本当に驚くくらいとても感じが良く、お部屋もとても広くて清潔で立地も最高。朝食も屋上テラスで朝日を見ながら食べれて、夜は夕陽、星空が観れてこれまた大満足。
強いてネックを挙げるなら①出かける際に毎回カギを預ける必要があること②観光税の支払いが現金のみ③私たちの部屋はバスタブはあったけど栓がなくて聞きに行ったら『水を流さないといけないから栓はない』という返事。せっかくバスタブをリクエストしたのに意味ないなと微妙な気持ちに④連泊しても朝食の内容は全く変わらないから初日の感動が薄れてしまうのが残念。
それでも次回泊まるか？と聞かれたら、もちろんイエス！そのくらい、本当にスタッフさんもお部屋も感じが良くてステキなホテルでした！

We only stayed here for 1 night because our ferry to Mykonos was cancelled due to weather, but would definitely stay here again in the future. Friendly and helpful staff, exceptional location.

The hotel was amazing all around! From the breathtaking views of the caldera, breakfast served out on the terraces, and Michael who was so very helpful from the moment we arrived made our trip to Santorini one never to be forgotten. All of the staff were very hospitable and went out of their way to assist with transportation and give advice on things to do in town. I will definitely be coming back here!

Hôtel très bien situé dans les ruelles de la caldera. Chambres sans style mais spacieuses et confortables (frigo , TV, peignoirs, chaussons) Personnel très serviable qui donne spontanément des informations utiles et pratiques. Très agréable, le grand plateau de petit déjeuner très bien garni apporté en chambre à l'heure souhaitée. Seuls regrets : l'absence de restauration (surtout fin décembre quand tout est fermé), et la baignoire sans bouchon, la douche mal étanchée

Extraordinarily friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived, this was a fantastic experience. Spectacular views from the room balcony. Breakfast served was excellent. Room and bathroom were spacious and clean. Bottles of water provided. Good heating for cool nights. Bed nice and comfortable. Plenty of storage space. Shower has good hot water and water pressure. Adequate charging points. Excellent airport pick-up and drop off service. An absolutely wonderful stay and hopefully I will get a chance to re-visit.

La atención fue extremadamente hermosa. Llegamos y Michalis nos atendió con mucha amabilidad y nos explicó todo. Después hablamos con Lidia que hablaba español y nos dio recomendaciones geniales. Si algún día vuelvo, volvería acá sin dudas. Además, las camas muy cómodas y limpias.
