The hotel service is very good, the room type is good, the hotel room provides free snacks, capsule coffee, a bottle of wine, and the breakfast is delicious. The camera angle is also good. recommend!

Best hotel we have ever been too, what an amazing g place and the hotel was unbelievable, if I could give this a 6* rating g we would, location amazing, views to die for, and rooms spectacular, I would really recommend this hotel, and one of my rides have already booked the proposal in this hotel from our recommendation

Stunning property and views. We didn’t like how difficult it was to find the hotel or parking. Clear instructions should be given on the process of finding the property in order to check-in. It was a bit cumbersome. They made up for the confusion with a wonderful room upgrade and bottle of wine. It was an extremely pleasant stay. We will be back again!

Beautiful hotel. Idyllic view of the caldera. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was amazing. Our dinner the first night was delicious — and they surprised me with a cake for my birthday.
The spa was also outstanding. Highly recommend.
Only disappoin**ent was a wine tasting they recommended (on their property; In the Cave at Petras. It Felt unplanned and rushed. Otherwise— we had a wonderful stay.
