What a fantastic hotel. We really enjoyed our stay.
Very friendly staff from the moment you arrive.
Beautiful room and pool area.
Food at the restaurant was lovely too.

The staff, the service, & the food were excellent!! The Honeymoon Suite is overrated and not what we expected. There are no outlets in the bathroom to be able to blow dry your hair, and the furniture is misplaced around the room. The veranda sits under a bunch of trees so it was constantly covered with leaves and debris. There was also bushes that blocked most of the view. Don’t spend the extra money for room #24. This resort is definitely off the beaten path so if you’re looking for peace & quiet away from the crowds, this resort is perfect!

Toller Aufenthalt mit exzellenten Service, besonderes Lob diesem fleißigen und gründlichen Putzpersonal. Das habe ich noch nie erlebt. Die Location ist ein Traum, war vorher 2 mal bereits in Imerovigli und man ist hier zwar etwas abgelegen aber dafür sehr ruhig und ebenfalls eine fantastische Aussicht. Das Frühstück und die Location wo man isst war einzigartig, die Kapelle im Hotel war magisch und das einzige was ich zu meckern habe war die Herzlichkeit wo ich von anderen Hotels gewohnt bin, hier tun sich ja bekanntlich bessere Hotels grundsätzlich schwer, so auch dieses. Der Lärm der Anlage / Pumpe ließ meine Eltern nicht schlafen, das ist auch ein no Go bei so einem Hotel (Zimmer 9)

This hotel was awesome! And almost perfect! The staff, the food, the master suite on edge of caldera, the views,the owl who visited at night, the coastal path, the soothing music....were all fabulous! The one thing that was disappointing...the bed and pillows were uncomfortable. This was the only compliant and it is important...I've seen mentioned in other comments here. We are now in Mykonos and this hotel is lacking in all other ways except the bed is comfortable! I'm sure it's very hard to get it all right! We miss Santorini and wish we had stayed longer!

Beautiful, breath taking, just amazing. Stunning views, amazing suite with private jacuzzi. Staff are wonderful and go above and beyond. Food is delicious, incredible chef. Bar staff and front of desk all lovely. Bell boy, cleaners all very kind and do such an amazing job. I love the sense of humble luxury, it is grand but there is such a warm, welcoming and loving a**osphere that they have created. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The photos don't do it justice. The views of the Caldera from the rooms and our terrace are spectacular. Service is top-notch. We loved the restaurant, where we had among our best meals in Greece, and drank some of the delightful wines. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the service impeccable.

WOW, luxury it is. This was my first time in Santorini, and from the moment I walked into this hotel it was like walking into a postcard of Santorini Greece. We were treated with upmost, luxury and customer service by all. The breakfast amazing. The restaurant is fantastic and the staff go above and beyond to meet your needs. This hotel is situated between Fira and Oia. We Spent 4 1/2 days in Santorini rented a car. This hotel was close to the airport. However, you do need to drive a five minute drive to Gira or Oia. The hotel does offer a Transportation Service. The rooms are beautiful they are big and perfect for a romantic getaway. They have a beautiful sparkling blue pool with a beautiful views, it looked like most rooms have their private Jacuzzi, as well as lounge chairs, and sitting table offers privacy, getting your luggage to your room is easy.. it’s worth staying a few nights here to experience, pure luxury, relaxation, and get away from the hurry and the have to’s of life . Recommend doing that Santorini sunset catamaran. I would definitely stay here again.

Que hotel! Além de estar em um lugar privilegiado, a estrutura deles é incrível! Tudo limpo, cheiroso, com uma arquitetura de tirar o fôlego! Fomos muito bem recebidos, todos os funcionários gentis e prontos para te atender! O café da manhã é fantástico e de todo lugar do hotel há uma vista maravilhosa! Vale cada centavo!
