It has got one of the best views of Santorini. The staff was really nice especially Rava and the food was good too

Hotel with spectacular views of the Santorini caldera. The pool and hammocks are acceptable and with good views. However, the room very outdated, the water from the shower leaked into the room. It urgently needs a reform because it is not adequate for the price you pay for the room. It was offset by the incredible views of the room and the hotel that allowed you to watch the sunset and enjoy a luxurious panorama of Santorini. The breakfast is quite mediocre but you have no choice as there are no other options around.

Mauvaise expérience ! Je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel pour son mauvais rapport qualité/prix ! Les photos en comparaison à la réalité sont très décevante, nous avions pourtant opter pour une « Suite Junior » à 190€/nuits nous sommes arrivé dans une chambre sombre, très humide, mal décoré et cerise sur le gâteau une literie moisi !! Le petit déjeuné est quand à lui une catastrophe ! Très peu de choix, aucuns produits frais, hygiène très douteuse (set de table retourné entre deux clients au lieu d’être lavé), personnel peu accueillant ne sachant même pas où sont ranger les assiettes, un mot CATASTROPHIQUE ! Seul point positif : la magnifique vue sur la caldeira depuis la chambre qui dispose d’une superbe terrasse, deux transat et un jaccuzi chauffé. Les hôtels au alentours ont l’air 100 fois mieux, ne vous arrêtez pas ici et passez votre chemin.

We stayed here for five nights on our honeymoon in September, what a lovely little hotel in a peaceful location! The views of the caldera are incredible, staff were excellent and always happy to help with any requests. Lovely breakfast included with views of the caldera. The room had everything we needed, location wise it's placed on the walking path between Fira and Oia, a 10 minute walk up the hill into Imerovigli. Would definitely recommend!

The staff was amazing and very accommodating, but it was expensive compared to properties nearby, which we were planning to stay at, but family requested us to stay next door to their hotel. They had suites with a dining area, living room, and bedroom.. when for the same price, we got a sofa and a jacuzzi that was warm, rather than hot like you would expect. Staff did come in to clean and make the bed everyday, breakfast was nice to wake up to bright and early, but Fira is not walkable unless you want to walk ＞ than 30 minutes each way. Transportation is paid at this hotel, whereas the neighboring one offered free shuttle service into town and other places as well as offered a coffee hour, etc. The reason my rating is so high is because the staff was amazing and we spent less time at the hotel out on excursions and hikes.
