Great hotel friendly staff nice breakfast highly recommend!

It has got one of the best views of Santorini. The staff was really nice especially Rava and the food was good too

Hotel with spectacular views of the Santorini caldera. The pool and hammocks are acceptable and with good views. However, the room very outdated, the water from the shower leaked into the room. It urgently needs a reform because it is not adequate for the price you pay for the room. It was offset by the incredible views of the room and the hotel that allowed you to watch the sunset and enjoy a luxurious panorama of Santorini. The breakfast is quite mediocre but you have no choice as there are no other options around.

Beautiful place to stay at, friendly staff who took their time explaining and guiding around the island. Especially thankful to the cleaning lady from Ukraine, truly an amazing person.

The staff was amazing and very accommodating, but it was expensive compared to properties nearby, which we were planning to stay at, but family requested us to stay next door to their hotel. They had suites with a dining area, living room, and bedroom.. when for the same price, we got a sofa and a jacuzzi that was warm, rather than hot like you would expect. Staff did come in to clean and make the bed everyday, breakfast was nice to wake up to bright and early, but Fira is not walkable unless you want to walk ＞ than 30 minutes each way. Transportation is paid at this hotel, whereas the neighboring one offered free shuttle service into town and other places as well as offered a coffee hour, etc. The reason my rating is so high is because the staff was amazing and we spent less time at the hotel out on excursions and hikes.

The location is very convenient with 5 minutes driving distance to Fira. Staff are very friendly and helpful. They responded quickly when we had questions. They also helped us arrange transportation from port and car rental.

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon. Everything was perfect from the beautiful room overlooking the caldera to the pool, the delicious breakfast, great staff including the bartender who made great mojitos. Location is right by the Fira to Oia walking path and close to a lot of good restaurants. Sunset views are amazing. Would highly recommend.

We loved our stay at Gizis! Our room was beautiful and perfect for our honeymoon. Andrew the bartender was also amazing! He was so helpful and gave us a ton of advice about Santorini.

The staff is second to none, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly!! The hotel room was fantastic. Clean and modern. We enjoyed both the private pool and the main pool by the bar. Great place to stay! We will definitely stay here again!

The view from the property is amazing. The sunset is really beautiful. Though the service is OK, as compared to other hotels nearby. We had select the junior suite with the jacuzzi facing the sunset view though for suite the Jacuzzis are next to each other but then everyone is focussed on sunset so its ok. Room service isn't there but staff were friendly OK for the price but views are worthed

The staff is very friendly and helpful. It was an amazing stay, looking forward to visiting the property again. The views of the property are breathtaking. Very peaceful neighbourhood.

Fantastic property! We loved our stay at Gizis Exclusive while on Santorini. Our room was really large, comfortable, and had a great view of the caldera from the patio and hot tub area. Breakfast was delicious, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and we will definitely be back to stay the next time we're in Santorini.
