Everything is perfect, whether it is the location, facilities, or the staff service. Except for the horrible weather, it was super windy and I couldn't sit outside to enjoy the beautiful view. I can only come back next time

This hotel can be described as stunning. Whether it is the service attitude or the view of the hotel, it is great. I checked in at around 7pm and was lucky enough to see the perfect sunset on the balcony of the room. At the same time, I enjoyed the welcome tea and desserts provided by the hotel for free. Everything is perfect, for the service we enjoy a lot, and also the reception at night is really kind. We arrived a bit late at the first day, and my wife was hungry but all restaurant in the town was close, neither the hotel. Then the reception cook a pizza for us for free, it was really nice and kind! We would come back another time again definitely.

The hotel service is superb, and the sunset has an invincible view of the sea and the sky. I challenged the hiking route recommended by the front desk for about 10km from the hotel to Oia. There are many hiking enthusiasts along the way. The changing scenery and magnificent landscape are definitely worth more than two hours.

I would highly recommend the Santorini Princess Hotel when planning a trip to Santorini. The entire staff is very welcoming, kind, and genuine. The room was very spacious and the view is hard to beat. We had a nice patio with the jacuzzi to enjoy. The room was very spacious with a separate sitting area. The breakfast buffet was really good and filling. There were a ton of options, including an omelet station. Hiking is amazing going to Fira or Oia. I highly recommend doing both. We also enjoyed this resort because it was away from the high traffic areas. You can relax and have privacy here. The resort has a shuttle that can take you anywhere on the island at anytime, if needed. We would stay here again without hesitation!

From booking through arrival and the whole stay, the team at this hotel have been excellent. I cannot think of a better experience than this. Attentive, helpful and great value. The location is superb and the view unparalleled. Would highly recommend.

The hotel has fantastic views. Service from the staff there is excellent. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast, though simple, was very nice and of good quality. Your needs will be taken care of once you are there. Five stars.
