Great stay and hospitality..

Incredible location and setting and amazing customer service

We had a very bad experience I’m so upset from the suite and the service I didn’t receive breakfast in the second day The room has no air, and a very strong smell of Bleach. The jacuzzi had dust in the ground and bleach so I didn’t even use it I was waiting for 40 min for someone to help us with the luggage’s I want to report about this suites! I didn’t enjoy from that at all.

We booked a 2 night stay here for our family of 6; 2 couples and 2 adult kids. We chose the 3 bedroom unit based on price and location. After completion of the booking we were contacted by the host, Sofia. Her role is to make sure our stay is comfortable, order breakfast and book activities if we wanted to. We arranged travel from the airport through Sofia and there was a man with our name on a paper waiting for us outside the airport. He drove us to the stay in a very clean van and helped with the largest of the luggages. We had the opportunity to request more help but didn’t want to pay extra. The walk to the room was relatively short and compared to the other units, we were lucky. There’s a small gate to the patio and when you open it… wow. The view was even better than you thought it would be. On the patio there were chairs, a fire pit and of course a jacuzzi. There’s also a small area above the unit to sit and take in the sights. Inside the unit had a decent sized common area with 2 bdrms downstairs and a loft type room up the stairs. The bathroom was spacious. 2 toilet stalls and 2 shower stalls. The larger shower stall one had two shower heads. There were also 2 sinks with plenty of counter space for all of our toiletries. The common area had a tall cabinet which had a small refrigerator, sink with dishes for 6, coffee maker w/coffee pods and of course glasses/mugs and champagne flutes. We would stay here again.
