Casasantantonio 18th Century Luxury Mansion

We arrive at the accommodation, the cleaner receives us without speaking almost any English without finishing cleaning the house. Another woman arrives who explains a little about how the accommodation works, with a little more English. It is a complex of three houses, the two on the ground floor have a larger outdoor jacuzzi, but without any views; the one we got had the smallest jacuzzi but at least it had a view. The theme of the jacuzzi in August is essential, and when you get home from dinner and take a bath watching the stars... By the way, you can't see the sunset from the house. It is in the heart of Fira, a 5-minute walk from restaurants, clubs, places to rent cars, shops, tourist areas... Let's talk about the service, we had breakfast included, we tell them that since they come to the house to prepare it and they have breakfast on the porch, that we want it around 9:30 a.m., they tell us that around 9 a.m. is better for them, we accept without problem. The first day he arrived at 9:40 a.m., the second at 9:45 we left without having breakfast and on the third day... you can imagine... Advantages: well located, private outdoor jacuzzi, porch to have a drink and views. Disadvantages: the service and that there is not even a reception or restaurant/cafeteria in the complex. I give it 3 stars and two are from the jacuzzi.
