Good location, friendly staff, hotel was clean and very tidy

The rooms are beautifully designed and spacious. The service is superb. The staff especially helpful, the views of fantastic. Amazing food, a very special experience. Absolutely stunning views. Very close to the airport and other beautiful areas. Thank you. Apeirion Blue.

I was visiting Santorini for my sister's wedding, which was at the venue next door to Apeiron Blue. From the time I set foot on the property, to the time I left, the customer service experience was excellent. We were greeted with a welcome drink upon check in, and when we arrived to the room, there was a fruit plate, bottle of wine, and hand-written note from the GM waiting for us. Now granted, our wedding group did book out most of the hotel rooms for the weekend, and we also booked a large private event while we were there, but the service still exceeded our high expectations. The hotel hand-pressed all of our wedding clothing with same-day or next turnaround, and everything looked fabulous. The cost per piece was more than reasonable given the formal attire - only 5 euro per piece! The included breakfast each morning was delicious - and you got to choose from an extensive menu of a la carte items! It's not a sad continental breakfast. For our private event, they allowed outside catering and we provided our own beverages for the bar! On this day, my other sister needed bananas and bread for her son who wasn't feeling well, the hotel provided them free of charge when she was more than willing to pay. You will not find a better view - the sunsets were gorgeous, and we enjoyed it from our private hot tub many nights. The room was extraordinarily clean, as was the private hot tub, and housekeeping kept our room stocked with everything we needed, PLUS all our extra wedding-related requests. All the staff was extremely helpful with directions, restaurant recommendations, and took a genuine interest in our on-going wedding events. Upon check-out, the GM gifted us with a beautiful hand-made item from their gift shop, and included an extra gift for my sister, the bride. I have traveled to many locations and stayed in many hotels, but Apeiron Blue takes their service to a new level. I highly recommend!

The actual location is lovely. Great views, very clean, good rooms and polite staff. What lets this location down massively is the infrastructure. Whilst staff are very polite service is very slow. It takes ages for food orders to be delivered (in excess of one hour in one case). Another time I ordered lunch from the poolside bar only to be brought the wrong order, then 30mins later informed that the pasty chef couldn’t make the omelette I ordered due to their being an “issue” in the kitchen. The venue hosted an Evening with Harry VonKratosis. This was a €120 a head dinner with a local singer. The service polite, but the planners of the event were really bad. Food sometimes did not arrive and it was not worth the money charged. This was really poor and considering the amount of money we spent staying their I would expect better and will fully complain about it.

We have just come back from our incredible trip to Santorini! While in Santorini we stayed at the Apeiron Blue. It was honestly one of the best hotel experiences both me and my Fiancé have experienced. The view from the hotel is stunning and cannot be faulted in any way. The rooms at the hotel are beautiful and the facilities are just as amazing. There is a really nice vibe around the pool, it is so chilled and relaxed and it is only a few steps from the Bar. The staff at the hotel made our trip so special and we would personally like to thank Nikolina! Nikolina went above and beyond in helping me organising my proposal to my now Fiancé. Apeiron blue wow ! what an incredible hotel and amazing staff ! We came 27th July for 10 days for a family holiday and it literally couldn’t have been more perfect. For starters there’s the obvious beautiful views of the caldera which is totally gorgeous and we stayed in loft sweet 104 which is absolutely beautiful, spotless, beautifully laid out with little pamper bags and a fabulous hot tub on the balcony. Fresh fluffy white towels and very thick comfortable mattress and pillows. Breakfast is absolutely divine and the best scrambled eggs I’ve ever had, we ate twice in the evening here and both times the food was perfect, I recommend the sea bream and the steak. Also the frozen strawberry daiquiri is absolutely perfect in the hot sun if you fancy a cocktail. The staff are so beautiful and special mention to xtina and Sophia who are two lovely young ladies full of smiles and very helpful and kind as are all the staff, bar, restaurant, cleaners etc. also the lady manageress who swiftly sorted out a non hotel problem for me. The pool is absolutely incredible as is the whole hotel, but oh that pool is amazing! Such a chill luxury vibe to the whole place. Overall a totally fantastic 10 days have been spent here and I really can’t recommend this hotel enough and I hope I can come back soon, thanks to all at Apeiron blue for all our wonderful memories x

Amazing!!! Perfect location as A home base. Staff is wonderful! Highly recommend. Easy to get to Fira, Oiq, wineries, and the beach without staying in a noisy place. So peaceful and beautiful! 5 stars! View is spectacular w/out the hassle of crowds.
