We were met with our porter at our taxi drop off. He assisted with our luggages to our suite. The views were amazing. Centrally located. Stava gave us a tour of our suite and was very helpful during our stay. We ordered room service and promptly assisted by the room service attendant. I wish I could remember her name but she was so kind and helped with heating up my daughters spaghetti. When we checked out of our hotel at 05:00am, we were assisted again by our porter. Overall this was a 5 star experience. I really enjoyed my stay at Cilon Suites and highly recommend this property when in Santorini.

They are the best Hotel in Santorini! With a beautiful view and all of the staff are very friendly! Location is great, close to restaurants , only 15 mins walk to Fira! Room is clean, and breakfast is amazing! Definitely come back again:)

酒店位置方便，整體清潔，職員服務良好。到不同的景點位置也十分方便。按摩浴池略細，景觀優美，是拍照的好選擇。鄰近打卡位置，附近有很多不同種類的餐廳和。小超市早餐十分豐富，有提供很多不同種類的食物和飲品。很好的體驗，十分適合情侶或新婚夫婦到訪。如果下次到訪，也會再次選擇這間酒店。

Conveniently located. Nice staff service during check in and check out. Breakfast was brilliant. Hopefully we can book a higher category room next time. The only demerit is too many little bugs in th room (not harmful).

Infelizmente não gostamos! A vista é realmente deslumbrante, mas pelo preço alto, o quarto não tem nada demais, e quando fomos, o ralo do banheiro tinha um cheiro horrível que tínhamos que fechar a porta para conseguir dormir! Foi difícil encontrar o hotel, e ninguém nos ajudou com a mala, tive que ficar chamando no WhatsApp várias vezes pra virem atender a gente, mesmo avisando o horário do nosso check in! A internet não pegou nenhum dia dentro do quarto! A banheira particular tinha uma lista vista, mas estava suja e não estava muito quente! Foi decepcionante ficar lá!

What an unbelievable 2-night stay at the Master Suite. Absolutely stunning views and interiors aside, our host Stavroula and staff Donna were absolutely lovely, Stavroula being extremely responsive over WhatsApp on any questions and travel recommendations, even if super last minute, and Donna being lovely helping us with breakfast and room service orders… other staff helped us take unforgettable photos as well. 20 out of 10 experience
