Absolutely fantastic hotel. From check in to arriving at the room through to the bar and restaurant. Great location, the most fantastic food, the most beautiful rooms and Dina made our first night. A few photos from the first night - within easy walk of the sea views both sides of the island - and if you enjoy wine - as we do - the most fantastic selection room of wine.

This hotel had opened only 5 weeks when we arrived. Everything is brand new. The staff are very accommodating. Our room had a private swimming pool (small) so slightly over exaggerated but it was larger than most of the plunge pools and our room had more privacy. Very modern and nothing in the room was missing in terms of amenities. Maybe more water and more toiletries daily would help but you only had to ask. I personally found the room a little too bright for sleeping but this was quickly resolved. The main pool area is lovely yet small however that was ok for us. It was however missing some atmosphere, so some music would be recommended as the music playing wasn’t noticed. They have some great pool beds/loungers but they lack the recline option to sit upright if you want to read. The same goes for those in the rooms. The gym is good but with the big TV screens they could run on demand virtual classes like for running or kettlebells. Breakfast was included and had nice fresh fruit, juices and hot options. We ate out on the evenings. The hotel is fabulous for privacy and avoiding the constant photo taking of the sunsets and fabulous views as it is located slightly down the hill from Imerovigli but literally a few minutes walk up hill. Yep uphill but everywhere in Santorini is uphill so flats are a must even when you are dressed up on a night out. The hotel view is facing East of the island and less than 10 mins from the airport, so a private transfer price of 60 euros is too steep, we paid 30 returning but even that is too much. Recommendations are to hire a ATV for around 45 euros per day and explore the island. Oia is beautiful and has the most shops. Overall I’d rather be staying at this hotel in terms of privacy, location and comfort. Staff all very helpful and I am sure as the hotel matures so too will it develop with more ideas to make your stay even better.

We stayed for a week in this new hotel which had a lot of What You typically Can ask for in a Five star hotel. Five star facilities, excellent service. And the Best greak salat we had in the whole Island! Dont miss that! However - this is expected for a Five star in this price range. Due to Small things - we never Got the feeling of Extreme luxery as in many other Five star hotels. Location is both a minus and an advantage! Close to the imerovigli town, restaurants and the most Beautiful sunset. 5 minutes walk up Hill - and You are the in the middle of paradise. Minus: - The winds! Our room was in the corner and winds were to the Extreme all week! Nothing could be left outside - it would fly away or break in The Wind. The staff Got us into another room the last days- at that point, the winds had made us desperate! The break of class, the noice, wet Towels.. Notice: The hotel is not Facing the caldera -and thus You Will not be in the Instagram- Cave-paradise You see on pictures- although the hotel still Got a Beautiful view. Our advise to the hotel, if they want to climb in ratings and create a more luxery experience for experienced 5 star travleres: - ad more water in the rooms! - ad kleenex to the room -Install glass around terrasse in room 218- on the corner- to stop winds - ad lounge pool chairs by all private pools -crome cast for streaming in the room - ad sirup and almonds to pancakes ;-) - Warm up the shared pool a bit - it is far too cold for Anyone to use! - convert to adults only - ad menu for room service in all rooms - ad more personality in decors- the hotel seems very “concept”like - get a better bartender - cocktails were not very good - make more choices in room service possible - not possible to dry bathing suits on terrasse- we missed a devise for clothes drying up - ad restaurant to the place - offer shuttlebusses to fira- impossible to get a taxi home in the evening- there is 3 kilometers and too far to walk late evening. Small things ad up - unfortunately We Would recommend the hotel to Young couples with No or less experience in Five starts hotels. For more experienced 5 star guests: look for a boutique Cave-hotel in imerovigli with a minor private pool. With this Said- Thanks to the staff for doing What they could do..

Amazing property, really close to the Imerovigli bus stop (bus is not too reliable but you could use it), and one of the better breakfast buffets out there! Super nice staff, helpful front desk helping us with transportation as well. The ONLY bad thing was the bathroom sink stinks a lot, but I think not all rooms are like that. I'd visit again any time!

Very helpful and accommodating staff and manager, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Private and quiet location, very nice rooms and amenities.

The resort itself is beautiful and clean. My room has a private hot tub in the balcony . It is in Imerovigli, is more remote to the central tourist area. It’s a bit quieter part of the island and I thoroughly enjoyed that. I also like the fact that it is easy access to local bus although the walk to the bus stop is either steep up or down but short, not too long a hike. Staffs are commercially friendly. Will greet you with a smile all the time.

The view is excellent. The location is convenient. The room is huge. The pool is heated and nice. The property is like new. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast is top tier - a very large option of food items. My wife and I really liked this hotel. I really don't understand why anyone would give this hotel a low rating. My wife is very picky when it comes to hotels and she asked me the same question since she liked everything about Cresanto. My suggestions are to add lighting to the Presidential Suite stairs as it's a little dark and difficult to see steps at night and if possible, heat the main pool. Otherwise, great service and beautiful hote.
