Expensive pants that were worn on the same morning went missing. Aries was helpful and tried to help, lady in the front was rude and made it look like we're lying.
We did not feel safe and we had to take our stuff in backpacks when we went out.
Clean rooms, Aries was very kind and respectful.

Receptionist lady was very cheerful, knowledgeable n helpful. Hotel is 20 mins away from town ,quite n near bus stops n delicious bakery n supermarket nearby. Very convenient n I highly recommend this hotel to ppl.

The room was spotless clean. The people in the front desk was really friendly and accommodating. They cleaned our room almost daily. Fresh towels and all. The location is perfect, cafe and restaurants nearby. 15-20 mins walk to Fira which I honestly didn’t mind since the hotel was really great. And it has a pool. Stay was pretty amazing.

Ho soggiornato qui con la mia ragazza nel mese di luglio, hotel situato a karterados, nella città centrale dell’isola da dove ci si può muovere facilmente per arrivare nelle altre città principali dell isola, accanto vi è un supermercato aperto 24 ore su 24, receptionist che ci ha accolti in maniera perfetta, ci è venuta incontro a tutte quelle che sono state le nostre esigenze, ci ha prenotato lei il tampone in una struttura vicino all hotel per poter tornare in Italia.. provvisto di piccola piscina con idromassaggio, rilassante per quando non si vuole andare per forza al mare o magari al ritorno.. colazione abbondante, L unica cosa che mancavano purtroppo erano i cornetti ma per il resto c’era tutto.. contento della scelta dell hotel..

The gentleman who ran the transport was phenomenal! He gave excellent advice and a small tour on the way from the airport to the hotel. The rest of the staff we met was also wonderful! Highly recommend anyone stay here!

Probably the best location in Santorini to stay, center of everything, close to everything. Hotel is decent for the price, but there are some serious minuses, like warm water in the shower, you need to wait for few minutes to get warm (not hot) water, which is semi-salty (like in most other hotels tbh). Cleaning ladies are not cleaning the bathrooms properly, very disappointing. Staff is friendly, breakfast very good. Considering the price range, it is still a good choice despite the minuses…
