This was such an amazing experience! My wife and I loved it so much! Would definitely recommend to anyone! Mario was very helpful and Thanos met us and walked us through everything that he thought we would need to know!

Outstanding villa in a quiet location . Spotless and modern with a lovely pool . Local restaurants were lovely . The touristy areas are a short drive or bus journey away and the hosts could not have been more helpful . Thoroughly recommend

Wonderful accommodation in a beach side 'cave'. Our flight was very late, but Marios organised transport from the airport to our front door - 1st class support thoughout our stay. The 'cave' was well appointed, spotless and a lovely place to stay - with the beach outside the front door and a really good restaurant next door. I would recommend this location for anyone who wants to stay somewhere a little out of the ordinary.

This is such a gem! We had an amazing, relaxing stay. The beach is right outside the doors including great restaurants that you can literally walk right over to, sit down and enjoy a lovely meal! The best part was the sound of the ocean at night, it helped for a great night sleep! Sitting outside and relaxing in the chairs provided while watching the boats dock and the water crash on the rocks was the cherry to top if off! Marios was an amazing host! See you soon!

Le paradis existe! La cave de Mario est devenue notre « sweet home » durant 5 jours incroyables. Le lieu est à couper le souffle!!! Et chaque matin le bonheur reste intact, se réveiller dans un decor privilégié les pieds dans l’eau. Sans oublier la berceuse naturelle du bruit des vagues chaque nuit! Impossible de se lasser!!!! La cave est juste sublime, très propre, tout équipée (super lit!), ondes positives garanties! (Petit plus, un service de ménage à dispo pour changer les draps, les serviettes, les poubelles!!!!) Tout a été pensé par Mario pour faire vivre à ses convives un séjour idyllique. Un hôte nous a accueillis chaleureusement, en nous donnant de précieux conseils pour notre séjour, notamment des tips sur des spots de Santorin moins touristiques et tout aussi magnifiques! Mario a toujours été à l’écoute, disponible, efficace et réactif à nos demandes, à l’image de l’organisation de notre transfert à l’arrivée comme au départ, la location d’un quad (le loueur est venu nous chercher directement à la cave), la réservation pour la croisière en catamaran (également venu nous récupérer directement à la cave) Les locaux sont adorables, mention spéciale à toute l’équipe d’Astorias, le restaurant délicieux à deux pas de la cave, et à la super propriétaire adorable du mini market également à deux pas. Merci encore à Mario pour cette parenthèse au paradis. En deux mots: réservez les yeux fermés!!!!

Le logement est idéal si vous souhaitez être loin de l'agitation. Prendre son petit déjeuner au bord de l'eau (il y a un mini market juste à côté) et entendre le bruit des vagues en allant se coucher... C'était parfait !

Amazing place, just like in the pictures. There's a very good outdoor restaurant right next to it which is convenient, they can serve you on the private terrace, but that means less privacy than expected. Nonetheless totally recommend it!

We were set to visit Sublime villa and caves this August. However due to unforeseen circumstances due to covid we were unable to make our trip and wanted to transfer to next year. We were at first told this was ok and we could transfer our holiday no problem at all. However we were then informed that Sublime Villa and caves have changed their minds and wanted to charge us almost £2000 to change our holiday. This is absolutely unacceptable seeing how much we had already paid for our stay. I would strongly advise you don’t book here just for the horrendous treatment we have received and especially in these uncertain times. I don’t want this to happen to anyone else. We have had no choice but to cancel our holiday and lose a lot of money because of the stubbornness of Sublime Villa and Caves. Please avoid.
