Excellent accommodations at this quite and welcoming hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The spa and other amenities were superb. Beautiful pool with swim up bar. Our unit had its own pool! We had an opportunity to meet the owner, who is a great host himself and very approachable. If you want to be away from crowds, this is the hotel. Fira is only 10 minutes away.

A beautiful hotel on Santorini. Quiet, clean with great accommodations. Stayed in a villa with a family of 5. Off the beaten path from Fira. On-site restaurant is great. Walking distance to fantastic beach and restaurant. Road to the hotel is an adventure, and prices are on the high end for Greece.

I loved all the staff members, Zoi and Michalis at the front desk, Kalia Hercules and Pascals at the restaurant/bar. They really made our stay the best it could have ever been. Their kindness and hospitality was off the charts, some of the best I have experienced at any resort. I especially liked how we were talked to about main attractions, restaurants and things to do in Santorini as soon as we arrived for our stay. And they were able to book everything through the resort for us- including my rental car. It was so efficient and very convenient. I also particularly like the WhatsApp front desk feature- where you can ask them a question any time via message on whats app. So convenient, and they are always online to help!!! I also really like how they have food going almost all the time- breakfast then lunch, then dinner. And room service. A 5 star sublime resort and experience for sure! Thank you again Desiterra I already want to come back!

We enjoyed our stay so much at desiterra. They helped us schedule everything that we wanted to do- getting a buggy, restaurants, and other services. The front desk was so helpful and knowledgeable and made it so easy for us to enjoy our honeymoon!

This resort has everything , from personnel to the facilities . This is just an absolutely 5 star stay resort , top notch. If I come back to Santorini , definitely I will repeat here. Congratulation to the whole Staff .

Desiterra is like a private paradise in busy Santorini. You definitely need a car to move around the island as it’s remote from anything else but also that’s what makes it so special. Once you are in the hotel areas you feel a sense of calm, serenity and relaxation that is the best way to start and finish a busy tourism day. The villas are unreal, all the small details make the stay very comfortable and you feel like you have your own home in Santorini and what a home! The staff make the stay even better with their professionalism in making every guest feel special. Everyone is extremely helpful, friendly and the best in what their do what makes a difference. The villa was a great size and had good facilities including a pool. However, there was an ant infestation which was still there after the room had been cleaned, communication didn’t feel that easy with staff as they were not very helpful and the restaurant was disappointing - for example we asked for chips and were told they do not get served for dinner however, the same waiter brought out chips to another person in front of us twice for dinner. The food was average if that at best.
